      UPI transaction on 8th Aug, 2023

      Today (8th Aug, 2023 at 8:35 am) my money of Rs. 5013 got debited through my bank account of Bank of Maharashtra through an UPI transaction. But unfortunately it didn't get credited to another bank account to whom the payment was to be made as the UPI transaction failed. I did not get a refund from the bank till now....

      dear sirs

      i am a senior citizen aged 76 years old and bought bank of maharashtra shares with my retirement money

      they gave dividend on 20th june which everyone got exccept ME

      i have been phonined and chasing every day but to no action.

      THE DIVIDENDS ARE TRANSFERRED AUTOMATICALLY BY ELECGTRONIC TRANSFEFR BY NACH NATIONAL AUTOMATED CLEARING HOUSE

      AND HOW MY DIVIDEND GOT NOT TRANSFERRED.

      I have been made to run post to pillar by bank and transfefr agents for the lst more tha a month causing mental tensionl

      can anyone help me please.

      it is my genuine money. why they are oplahying ... it is automated system to py dividends.. HOPE rbi WILL TAKE INITIATIVE AND HELP ME

        My Name is Amol Surendra Rajpurkar. I have a savings account . My saving Account No. [protected] in Bank of Maharashtra Mangaon Branch (1668)
        I have used my ATM card POS Purchase at Ganesh Farsan Mart on 28th March, 2023 Rs. 300/- once transaction. Transaction ID is 61682938 but the amount is debited twice in my account.
        Please investigate the matter of my transactions and Refund the amount as soon as possible

          My name is Sandeep Sudhakar Kshirasagar. I have an account of Bank of Maharashtra at Thergoan Branch ( Ac.no. [protected]). I made a transaction of 11095/- rupees from google pay on 11 Mar 2023 against Bajaj Allianz Health Insurance. I got the message on truecaller about payment cutting and when I checked account balance in google pay it is also showing 11095 rupees less. but that transaction is not showing in the Transaction History (either failure or successful). but Bajaj Allianz have not got the same amount which is deducted from account. please do needful.

            Dear Sir/Madam

            I have a savings account no.[[protected]] in State Bank of Maharashtra, Tisgaon(1076), Kalyan, Thane, Pin Code 421306.

            I have used Axis bank ATM on 11/03/2023 for withdrawing rs 10, 000 /- twice but money didn’t withdraw, later I went to Kotak Mahindra Bank ATM, I debited rs 1000/- later I I tried to withdraw rs 10, 000/- but money didn’t withdraw .
            At the end I got rs 1000/- only which withdrew out of the ATM machine of Kotak Mahindra Bank, but I received a message showing that my balance is Rs 3, 302/-

            This shows that Rs 20, 049 is missing, I didn’t got any money from the ATM, I rechecked the balance from the ATM but it shows Rs 3, 255.
            In mini statement 1000.00-DOM WDL MC written.

            I have complained to my Bank Branch.
            so please tell me what to do in this case.

              Today I went to Bank of Maharashtra Pimple Saudagar Branch to get my passbook updated. I reached at 10 AM. Counter # 1 where they update the passbook was not occupied. I waited for 10 - 15 minutes and then checked to find that the concerned person who manages that section is on leave.

              I then went to the ATM machine to check the passbook printing machine.
              It was constantly giving error PR NO OPEN and was doing nothing.

              This is totally unprofessional.
              If one person is on leave that position must be filled by other staff members and they must make sure that ATMS and machine are in good working conditions.

                    Bank Of Maharashtra was deducting balance from my A/C without any notifications on My Registered Number, I got to know that when I went to ATM to check the balance after few months and found that there are only 400 rupees out of 2.5K something... When checked the mini statement I found that they were deducting money from account every month without any notifications stating "Minimum balance charges" I request bank to refund my amount and I'll be closing the account.                       I deposited 11, 000 rs in my account through CDM of Bank of Maharashtra, machine accepted my money of 500*22= 11, 000, but as soon as it accepted the money atm went out of service and money was stuck inside, On 16/11/2022 5:30 pm.
                      I went to the bank and told them about the incident. But no action has been taken till now 19/11/2022.

                        I went to this bank located the khopoli (Branch code 0074) for the purpose of account opening. The overall service and assistance provided by the bank was very condemnable. Even after the repeated queries the bank staff ignored me and hardly gave answer to my queries. Also the bank was out of some forms and they very rudely told me to come on next day. There were so many counters but nobody was there behind the counter for a long time. The bank staff was severely lacking with the customer handling etiquettes.

                          The aeps transaction was failed, amount deducted from bank account, but money was not refunded. The amount is rs. 10, 000/-. The bank employees are not responding to complaint and branch manager is not letting me inside cabin.

                          Kindly refund the amount asap.

                              I Shaikh Saidurraheman holding an Account in Bank of Maharashtra in Akkalkuwa branch, i visited bank to update my residential address for multiple times, they always avoid me by various reasons, like network issue printer issues nd server issue, when i ask them when will u solve my issue they starts misbehaving with behaving so vulgar, this is so disappointing from a respectable firm, so i request you to please look into it

                                Debit card not received after expiration

                                I have applied for ATM card after expiration of my old card in the march.2022. still I haven't received it. I am not able to perform transaction every time I need to use other way to perform small transactions. I have enquired for Same in bank of maharashtra in my branch in the july.22 they said that your card is ready and you will receive it in the probably next month now it sep.22 but i still not received it. I am just getting frustrated...
