Avenues India — Complaint reg recharge not done

I have made payment of Rs.1000/- + taxes to recharge my BOB fastag account through your payment gateway.
Amount is deducted from my account but recharge not done or not refunded again.
As per BOB Customer Care, transaction has been failed.

May please check and revert urgently.
