I tried to recharge Vi Phone [protected] at 9.02 pm to 9.12pm on[protected]. Please see the attached history. The amount was debited to your account. Pl see the statement. But this amount is not yet refunded to my account.
I had already filed a complaint to your complaint site. But I could not find any positive action. I could not save a copy of the complaint.
Therefore I was following up with Vi. They have informed that this amount is not credited to their account.
Therefore I request you take action to refund the amount paid for failed transaction back to my account.
