Avenues India — Recharge for Rs 149/- done not matured

I recharged my jiofy sim bearing no. [protected] through your payment portal through net banking of sbi on 12/11/2020 at 11:07 pm.My account has been debited for rs 149/- bt no reccharge has been done. I want to know whether it is a fault of the system or anything else. And want my above no. recharged
