Avenues India — Refund of amount for not recharge

My plan was expire on[protected] so on 2nd July 2017 i have tried to recharge my mobile no. [protected] TWICE but actually it was not recharge for amount Rs. 50 and Rs.36 and the transactions no[protected]IGABOQTMV9 and[protected]IGABOQUFR5 respectively. after checking my account statement I found that rs. 50 and rs 36 was deduct from my account.

so please refund the entire amount to my account.
