[Resolved] Avi Enterprises — Fraud captcha work and blackmailing | |
Hello Respected sir / madam I am mridul m. Three months ago i got a call from a company called ' avi enterprises' saying about "mac2cap app online captcha part time work in our mobile phone.. 10000 captcha are provided you should complete it with 10 days and 90% accuracy. They said that after submitting 10000 captcha they will 30000 salary and in that salary they will deduct 6900 as registration fee.." After i accepted to work they ask me to send my photo and aadhar card details. Then they sent me a app link, When i downloaded that app it asked me sign for registration. After that i got a mail that i have signed an agreement (Which i'm not aware of it) saying that if i failed to submit my work within 10 days i have to pay penalty.. I was shocked by this mail.. When i started my work, after 25 entries the numbers again turned to zero.. I was again shocked.. When i tried to call them no one is responding. I messaged and did not get any reply back. Yesterday a call came from avi and saying that i have to pay penalty. And i got a message from them that they are sending legal to me. I came to know this is a fraud company.. They ask to pay penalty as per the fake agreement which i was not aware.. I request you to please cancel that agreement and registration and to take strict action on them.. Jun 1, 2020 Complaint marked as Resolved consumer helpline ([email protected]) contacted me through 8980207970 this number and they asked about the company details. After that they contacted and said that the company will not contact me again.If they again contact me then i should provide the number contacted by AVI company and consumer helpline will deal with it. After that i again got a mail from AVI advocate associate ([email protected]) and legal department ([email protected]) that they are moving legal actions against me. Then i sent the mail to consumer helpline and then they told that the company cannot cancel the agreement without a penalty. So they will talk to the company and lower the penalty amount. Then i told them that i would move legally as my uncle is a advocate and he says that he will deal it legally. Now consumer helpline mailed me to mark this complaint as resolved and then i told that the problem was not solved then how can i mark as resolved then they said that when i mark the complaint as resolved then the company will stop contacting me . So that's why I am marking this complaint as resolved | |

I too have the same problem. They contacted with the same mail id ie [protected]@gmail.com to pay Rs.35, 250 by today itself within 1.30 pm. Else they said i have face delhi court
