Last time they sent noc and told its cleared but today again I got call from [protected] this number and again asking 18000 otherwise they renewal the agreement and put a case on me like that she told please save me sir

Some days back I had created my Quikr account in “QUIKR APPLICATION”, and after that I got the mail from AVI ENTERPRISES, and then they will call to my mobile number which is registered in “Quikr account” and they will ask me, do you have what interest to work, in full-time(or) part-time job.I told them part time but I had done full time, they ask my one PHOTO and AADHAAR CARD, and I sent. after they send AGREEMENT LINK to me.and I will try to open it asks my “DIGITAL SIGNATURE”.I gave my “digital signature”the agreement opens with all my acceptances with there term’s and conditions (without my permission).

but finally I complete the work and submitted it in 7 day’s (in starting mail, there is 10 days time to complete and submit my work) but I open the webpage there is only 7 day’s given to complete and submit the work.

After two months [protected] they have called me and ask to pay RS:-20000/ They told me otherwise take another project with RS:-9000 but I told we are not that much of rich please understand my situation because my parents are daily wages. They told i[censored] are not paying you need to face legal proceedings that means you need to pay 58000.They give me 1hour to discuss with my parents.After I am discussing with my parents they told ask Avi to put case on me. They told we register criminal case on “LEGAL PROCEEDINGS” on me(they are blackmailing me like this).please help mee sir /Madam. Otherwise the final decision of mine is need to commit suicide. Please help sir /madam. Because they are calling me on different number I metally disturbed by the avi enterprises. Really need to I cant able to give them even a basic amount 6900 because we are not that’s much of rich. We are under a middle class family. Please help me cancel the agreement otherwise surely I need to take final decision that is nothing commit suicide. I am waiting for your reply.

I searched part time job on quikkr app and next day i got messages in my watsapp. They told me about captacha filling work and made a agreement from agreement software, i don't know about the agreement they haven't told me. After I searched about Avi enterprises in internet then in your website n other people talking about fraud about this the company i tried to call and message them on watsapp but they didn't respond. Then I called 2nd party n work krne se mna kr diya after then the company called me n said no problem if you are not interested in work then mailed us as not interested in work, jo ki Maine kia They register me on 18-03-20 and till today[protected] they didn't call me back and not receive my call or message. But before 15 days they blackmailing me for 7500 rup, companies legel advisor called me n asked about me .he blackmailed me, arousing comments .then filled an FIR against this company .if they take legel actions against me sir isme Meri koi glti nahi hai . mentally disturb kr diya company se .they told me that mujhe brbaad krdenge .mere paas paise nahi hai .mere father heart patient hain.sir please help me sir please help me.

During February month, I was looking for a parttime job, and then I get a call from this company.
They told me that write 10, 000 captchas in 10 days and per captcha, you get 3 Rs.
Month payment is 30, 000 and the registration fee is 6, 900 and they told if I fail to complete this target or there are more than 10% mistakes in captchas then, they will charge.
Also, they aks for aadhar card photo, Email id, and mobile number. I gave all of that. They mail me a contract with my name and address. After that, they told, "You will get a verification call and you have to say only yes". I said "Yes".
After all this procedure on the same day, they send a mail my ID and Password for the captcha filling app and said that you can start work from 6 Pm.
I installed the app and start working after filling about 500 to 600 captcha, I check the stats but there is nothing. I am getting depressed and contact a person from this company, he told me that after one day you get stats. The next day I check for the same but there is nothing in stats.
I search on google and get information as it is a fraud company on same day I contact a person and tell that, I don't want to work and can't get a reply from the person. I uninstalled the app and stop working.
After 10 to 15 days I get a call from this organization and they demanding an amount 6900 rs. I told that person I can't arrange this amount.
After some time on the same day, I get another call, He told me that he is a legal Advocate from Gujrat and you give this amount otherwise company registers a complaint in the police station and you get 14 days non-bailable warrant, the notice is send to your address. Also, you have to come Gujrat session court and pay 80, 000 rs. I told that I can't give the money. They call me again and again and tell me about legal rules.
Please help me in this.
I get call from (+91) [protected] as hiring person and emails are [protected]@gmail.com, [protected]@gmail.com, [protected]@gmail.com, [protected]@gmail.com
and legal advocates numbers are +91 [protected] and (+91) [protected]

I filled around 3000 captcha in 4 days then i want to know my work progress, i tried to call and message them on helpdesk mail id but they didn’t respond. I searched their company name (Avi enterprises) on google but i got nothing related them. They register me on 27-05-20 and till today[protected] they didn’t call me back and not receive my call or message. I observed these types of jobs fake on every website. Now see what will happen with me. Either they call me for money or they will scam. They tell me that legal notice send against me. They blackmail me for money. Please help me from this scam & fraud. Sir, the company avi Enterprises call me for online captacha filling job...they provide me app for wrking bt after something the app was not working the app is stop..and the result is shown wrong...after 10 days different different advocates from different palces call me and told me you are unable to do work you were not completing your work thats why we have to take a legal action and starting black mailing..and told me i[censored] want to clear this case so pay the money rs 7000 otherwise i will take a legal action ..they have alredy send a message..and told me i will send a hard copy of your case...in your adress they start a blacmailing...sir plz help me..what should i do.

I was looking for online job and applied on quiker and got a call from avi enterprises. They offered me a job of captcha typing but i didn’t accept anything from my end but after a month they started calling me and threatening me about legal notice and today again i received a call from a person saying himself lawyer at hc. I am not understanding this thing despite so many complaints against this company, why it is still harassing innocent people. Govt. Should ban this company.

After i accepted to work they ask me to send my photo and aadhar card details. Then they sent me a app link,
When i downloaded that app it asked me sign for registration. After that i got a mail that i have signed an agreement (Which i’m not aware of it) saying that if i failed to submit my work within 10 days i have to pay penalty.. I was shocked by this mail..
When i started my work, after 500 entries the numbers again turned to zero.and I work again and it turned again zero. I was again shocked.. When i tried to call them no one is responding.
I messaged and did not get any reply back.
Yesterday a call came from avi and saying that i have to pay penalty. And i got a message from them that they are sending legal to me.

I came to know this is a fraud company.. They ask to pay penalty as per the fake agreement which i was not aware..

I request you to please cancel that agreement and registration and to take strict action on them..

Initially they said there is no registration fee, and they sent demo and agreement software application and asked my adhar. After all of the procedures were done i started the work and done three days after that application it not active due to technical issues....

The company provided me with an application that doesn't work on my phone. After telling them about this they didn't give any kind or reply. Now they are calling me and telling them to pay around five thousand rupees, otherwise they will file a case against me in the court.

This company Frauded me.they signed me a fraud agreement for CAPTCHA entry job. At the time of agreement i don't have any idea that the company is fraud but after sometime of agreement i searched it's name on internet and found that the company is fraud. It's website is mac2cap. When i visited there i found that thousands of people are Frauded by the company.
The agent who called me on the behalf of company is named as sanvi sharma and her moblie no. is [protected]
When i am trying to contact her, she is not attending my call.
Please help me in canceling this agreement

The job is of captheca filling

I asked them after my 12th exams i will do the job
They said ok in whattsapp
After my exams i tried to call but they didnt recieve the call
Now they are sending some notice and all
Blackmailing me to pay 6900 otherwise a legal action would be taken..
Please help me in this regard

Hi, i recently got into the trap of avi enterprises for online captcha work. First of all i was searching for some online data entry job and got connected to them. They whatsapped me with the details and told me that for registration 6900 will be deducted from my first salary. They also promised 30000 rs per month salary
I was not convinced about the business they are doing. They sent me some link that auto generated captcha i just needed to fill it. How do i know what is right or wrong? They sent me some link to register and sign. I sent them. But they did not share the password to login
I could not work as was not sure about what to do. They stopped replying
Then recently they called me and claimed money. They are threatening me for legal notice. I sent them 6900 via google pay. The payment is hung due to bank closure. But they are asking for another payment
When i searched over internet i saw a lot of complains against them for fraudulent activity. I am attaching the screenshots of all communication and the legal doc they sent here.
They also used my online signature to sign in the legal document. Without telling me.

I tried to call and message them on whatsapp (With the agent) but they didn't respond. I searched their company name (Avi enterprises on google but i got nothing related to them. They registered me on 21-3-20 and till today company didn't call me or message. I observed these types of jobs fake on every website. Now some advocate, from various places have been calling and trethening me regarding that the company is going leagally against me, but till today no members from company haven't called, and even i tried to call helpline numbers but no respone, please help me regarding this

And when i asked him what is the connection between you and the company he said “no connection” they didn’t even intimated me or respond to me properly they are threatening me and my family members using abusing and unparliment words and to pay the penalty otherwise they will take some legal actions like that they are saying. So please i am scared of their threatening. Help me and resolve it please. I am being cheated with the Gujrat based fraud company AVI enterprise. They called and gave some CAPTCHA typing work to me and assured to give money after entering required captcha. However, They produced fraud reports and told me that my mistakes are more and now asking money from me. Today some unknown person called me claiming that he is high court lawyer and summons being issued in my name. I need help here

I was first asked to register without any agreement but on an app interface which i was asked to sign.
They later shared the user credentials for the work.
I did not want continue the work as i got no clarity about the same in 2 days and immediately contact (A lady) which is now unavailable, not picking up the calls or responding to texts.

I am now getting calls from the legal advisors of the company and has made a payment for same to receive an noc.
But now the situation is not stopping, and persuading the other people to call up and demand for more money in the name of agreement absolution.

I would request to please help with this.

Dhana lakshmi who searched for part time job on quicker app before 2 months with in couple of days she received message via whatsapp and explained about the work and before registration the company had said that we need not to pay any money for this job my sister asked twice what's the next step in case of failure they clearly said that work is free of cost so that my sister agreed with them and got registration in that avi company for the process of registration they have asked my sister to submit soft copy of her passport size photo, aadhar card and voter id card through agreement software mac2cap link and she provided all the above once registration has done they sent an email that we should pay 6900 in case of failure or quit after seeing that my sister tried to contact them but there is no response from them and within 2 days lockdown has come and she didn't receive any msg or call till yesterday but sudden shock to her they have asked to pay 6900 within one day otherwise they will file a case in gujarat civil court and my sister answered them i am not going to pay any money i too proceed legally. Here i am attaching the chatting with that company as proof so please check it and help us to get out of this problem

I am jyothi. I take part time job from avi enterprises captcha entry one month back. I did the work for 3days (3000 captcha entered) after that app not opened due to technical issues.. I put message to the person who made a call to me but they didn't respond. Two days back i got a call from that company and said that they were taking legal action against me... I was looking for a part-time work from home Job so got registered my self on quicker 2 months back and later I got a call from Avi enterprises, girl name Sana Shaikh ([protected])spoke to me and told me about the captcha work i.e;3 Rs per correct Captcha (only if target achieve in a given duration of 10 days) RATE PER CORRECT CAPTCHA: 3, TARGET: 10, 000 captchas, DURATION: 10 days
REQUIRED ACCURACY: 90% correct captcha. I was doing my work as prescribed when suddenly my account stopped working and got deactivated and was not working(I have attached the screenshot) I thought there is some glitch so I tried to contact the Helpline Contact:[protected] / [protected] given in the contract but none of them picked up my calls which I did a lot of times and later those nos. were switched off/not responding and I also mailed to the email ID- [protected]@gmail.com, they provided in the agreement, of which I didn't get any reply. I did all this as soon as my id stopped working now after 50 days this Naresh Patel-[protected] guy called me blackmailing me to file a case against me and was asking for money some 30k. firstly they didn't reply to my emails and calls even that Sana girl was not responding and now they are calling and asking for money so if you are able to help, please do help me.
