[Resolved] Avi Enterprises — harassment and threatening calls and messages

I had applied for data entry job on quikr and from there this avi enterprises called me up and signed me up for their captcha filling work. They asked for my aadhaar card photo, my pp and a digital signature which i gave and they pasted it on some contract. After that i decided not to proceed for this and i mailed them on 28th february 2020 that i'll not be able to do this job even before starting only. And now they are calling me and texting me and threatening me to give 9600/- rupees. After i denied they started sending me texts and some advocate's notice stating i have to pay 9600/- + 3500/- as interest within one week means within 19.03.20. But again today morning they sent me another message in which it was written that i have to pay it within today itself otherwise legal action will be taken and court notice has been sent to my address. I have attached all the related snapshots of the conversation between us.
Please help me. Please favor me by getting me out of this scam! What should i do now?

Complaint marked as Resolved

Thanks to Consumer complaints, my case has been resolved. I have now no issues with Avi Enterprises. I didn't have to make any monetary settlements also. Thanks a lot to Consumer complaints team.

Updated by Khusbu Parial They have again sent mail to me today. What not are they trying now to take money from innocent people! They will burn in hell! God will never forgive such people! Heinous crime they are committing in the name of providing job! They should be ashamed of themselves! I think now I'll have to report to my nearest police station!

No. I did not pay them any money. No, I haven't got any notice. Don't be scared. And don't pay them anything. Any authorized and legal company will not have such cheap policies.

You have attached a screenshot right. In that advocate name and one address is mentioned right. If you search for that address there is other company named Dv Enterprises. This same company keepinh on changing their names and cheating people. If you see those compaints its marked as resolved, so i guess from consumer complaints side they will take action. Lets be supportive to each other.😇

Yes. Today I got another mail stating that I need to clear 29, 500/- amount. They imposed innumerable numbers of IPCs and Section this and that on me. If they still keep on irritating me, I'll have to lodge a real complaint against them. What about you?

No. It hasn't. Yesterday no message or call had come from them. But today again the above mail came to me. I also provided the screenshot of it above.

I got call from consumer rights sayng i should make a settlement of rs 11550 to the company to terminate the contract. I think this consumer rights is also tied up with them
