My phone No.[protected] & net were disconnected with my request in June 21 and settled bill for 1115/-. But office is asking me to pay arrears due to my phone but it’s astonishing to see they quoted erroneously somebody’s phone no. As I am a very senior most person, for every 4 to 5 days I used send a messenger to your office. At the office they said phone will installed the next day. Like that days are going. Actually I have to get money refunded, for that they asked e to send a copy of my SBI A/C book first page so that they will refund to my account. I don’t know how long wait for the phone. Could you please expedite action and square up the issue. One more thing I wish add is, they need not do wiring etc., everything is ther they have to give connection only.

    Dear Sir,

    I have tried to port my bsnl number due to netwrok signal issue and since morning I am not able to get the UPC code as I get the below two messages always when I try to send sms to 1900 to port .

    "Your request for UPC has been delayed. Please wait while your request is being processed."

    "Request for UPC for your mobile no. [protected] could not be processed. Please retry after some time."

    Kindly solve this issue to the earliest .

      I live in Orathi, area in Madurantakam taluk Kanchipuram district. Bsnl, i agree has got good coverage in india, but the worst part is that the signal is really bad.Inside buildings the signal drop is so bad, that we need to run out to the open to speak to people.

      After so many complaints, its still the same. I am sure if bsnl signal problem is not rectified, there are lot of customers who have been using bsnl for so many years, will shift to another provider when the mnp comes into effect.

      I kindly request bsnl to sort this signal problem at the earliest.

          Dear Authority I have made a complaint on 16th Oct 2013 as my Broadband is not working since then. There has been no action in this regards, please fix this issue. Please escalate this matter to get this resolved, Its a very sad fact that, bills get generated on time but the services are always hampered on a regular basis.             sir mere bsnl broadband connection liya hua hai jo ki mahine me 10 din chalta ha or 20 din kharab rahata hai

            J.T.O.ko phone karta hu to uski tarf se koi santosjank jawab nahi ata hai. 10 phone call karne par 1bar attend karta hai or beech main

            phone kat deta hai, sir mahine ke 570 rupye bharta hu. ap kripya karke karyvaahi karwaye .

We are customer of BSNL since many years and used their services but they have not valued us and took granted o[censored]s . BSNL has very bad customer service and connectivity so we are willing to port out to VODAFONE but BSNL has rejected our MNP request by saying Contractual obligation .
