[Resolved] Aviva Life Insurance Company India — surrender o[censored]lip
I took aviva life insurance company india plan in october 2014.
I paid for 3 years and then i couldn't pay for it.
The policy is under discontinued status.
I wanted to withdraw funds as i needed money very urgently.
They denied saying that there is a lock-in period.
As per irda guidelines, i can withdraw the policy even if there is a lock-in period, however, i have pay surrender charges.
I went to the branch and the manager over their denied.
He asked me to send the email to their customer care.

I got an automated reply that they will reply in 4 business days.
No reply from them yet.
