AVVNL — no power after completion of three phase power schedule

Sir,
We are a micro industrial unit located at sargaon, dist ajmer having a 24hp connection. Our account no. Is 2409/0026 rsn is 1760 and k no. Is[protected].
We cannot afford a separate single phase connection for our unit. Earlier we used to get single phase power after three phase schedule but recently it has been stopped. We don't get single phase even during the night. We are paying our bills on time at industrial tariff still we are facing great difficulty without power. I request u to please look into the matter at the earliest and do the needful.
We are being treated as agriculture connection but are being charged as industrial connection.
