Awstro — received a fake jbl xtreme 40 w portable bluetooth speaker

Address:New Delhi, Delhi, 110075
Website:www.awstro.in

I had ordered a jbl xtreme 40 w portable bluetooth speaker from www.awstro.in and received a fake jbl xtreme 40 w portable bluetooth speaker. The package didn't have the user manual. From the sound itself, someone can easily identify that it is fake. They don't have any customer care number.
The price with which it was being listed on the website is comparably very low if compared to the official and other e-commerce websites. I purchased it in 2500 while it's original price is 14k plus thinking it might be on some offer but turns out it's the first copy. I am seeing no way to return this product.

I have ordered for a JBL flip 4 bluetooth speaker on 17/05/2019 and paid the amouny of Rs.2, 999/- by netbanking.
The said amount was accepted by INSTAMOJO interface, payment ID MOJO9517Y05N47271890.

Furthermore Awstro also confirmed the same and has claimed to have shipped it on the 20th. May 2019 with Order Ref. DOJVBTTMP.

I have still not received the same despite several reminders to them.

I welcome all suggestions as to how I can resolve my problem and also taking legal action against AWSTRO.
