I have asked multiple times for the GST invoice for my purchase but there is no reply on the mails as well as over the call.This is completely unaccptable behaviour since I need to submit my bills and after making an online payment there is now bill provisioning.This seems to be complete fraud behaviour.

I placed an order about 1.5 month ago..but still not refund my money...i remaind awstro many time but not refund me a single rupees...its a fraud company.or website.

There is no cancel option after placing the order. Please help me to cancel my order and refund the amount.

Awstro seems to be a local Chinese mobile soap which has somehow managed to bring up a website. It seems to be a pay and forget your money company. 19 out of 20 calls to customer care are unanswered. Once in a blue moon some guy driving bike on road would pick the call and acts a customer care. They don't have any records of what was discussed with customer care, you just talk and he ignores it. I was told by customer care guy that owners are not paying them salary and they are asked to be on leave...lol!

I had ordered JBL soundgear on 12-Oct-20 and there was no progress on the order for 3 days though delivery time mentioned was 3 days. After many tries one of my call was picked by "customer care" and I was informed that they don't have the item in stock it would take many weeks to process the order. I had requested cancellation of the order and refund on 15-Oct-20 after that nothing has happened till date. There is no refund initiated, there is no update on the order, none of the calls to customer care picked, none of the mails to customer care are answered. After 50+ calls, one call was answered on 29-Oct-20 and the "customer care" guy said they don't have any record of order cancellation request. Just pay money and forget! My 12000 Rs are stuck without any knowledge of what is happening to my order. I have already ordered item from other vendor and received it. I need refund of my amount immediately but there is no one in the company to answer. THIS IS A FRAUD COMPANY. AVOID IT.

This company is selling fake & defective products and cheating the customers.
I ordered iphone headphone jack adapter lightning to 3.5 mm for rs. 399 on 27th july 2020 (Order reference bfxursawm) by making online payment. After several reminders and calls the item was dispatched from their end. I received the item on 6th august 2020 and on testing found it to be defective / not working.
I requested awstro for return pick up of item cum refund of my money on 9th august 2020 at [protected]@awstro.in followed by message at their site on 12th august 2020. Awstro have not yet resolved request.
Subsequent reminder was also sent on 21st august 2020. Moreover, when i tries to call them it appears that they have blocked my phone number.
Requesting awstro once again to resolve my complain for return pickup of defective item and refund of my money at the earliest.

I ordered awstro 3 in 1 data cable priced rs. 749. The product i received was defective and was not working properly. When i called to the customer support number given on the website the number was not connected. I tried calling several times. Finally i called on the number ([protected]) through which i received a thankyou message from awstro. The call got connected and the person on that end responded that their technical team will contact...

I bought jbl flip 4 from awstro online shopping i received this product on 1-may-2019. They send me duplicate product without warranty as well no reference no of product as well no bill. Before received product i strictly tell them if original brand u have then only i will buy but they did fraud and after that i am calling they r not picking my call my order ref no. Nufubbkep.

Orders boss headset with of 23k (On offer got it for 5399) after receiving product validated product in boss official website about the product and realized its fake.

Called customer service and asked for cancellation they said okay, and asked me to send an email, after sending email no one is responding. They blocked my phone number, no response for email and messages in social channels as well.

Have call recordings aswell about our conversation. It's more than 10 days they are not replying.

My cousin bought a jbl charge 3 from awstro.in, he ordered it for @2.5k inr.
So when he coss-checked the products sound with his friends he came to knew the product was fake.
By getting scammed he didnt tell anyone about this and tried complaining about it but the company didn't responded to any of his complaint...
I tried them calling them, same thing happens again no replly.
Its a fraud they are selling fake products to the name of jbl..

I had ordered a jbl xtreme 40 w portable bluetooth speaker from www.awstro.in and received a fake jbl xtreme 40 w portable bluetooth speaker. The package didn't have the user manual. From the sound itself, someone can easily identify that it is fake. They don't have any customer care number.
The price with which it was being listed on the website is comparably very low if compared to the official and other e-commerce websites. I purchased...
