"I just wanted to say a huge thank you for all that you have done for me over our move to Canada.
Applying for Canada can be a daunting task. I remember going on various websites during my research period and being so overwhelmed with the number of forms, and directions on how, when, where to send them. It was a great comfort and relief to me knowing that I could rely on someone else, an expert, to help me. The biggest comfort was knowing that they were doing everything they could/getting everything in order so that my application would have the best chance of success once she submitted it.
Pooja outlined everything in detail as to exactly what I needed to do, get, etc. and once I had that direction I really felt like I too was doing everything in my power to get my Visa Again, as I mentioned before, I never felt alone in the process and could count on quick and accurate responses.
A great example that I can remember is when I was doing my medical exam. I had a question regarding the form and my medical exam was the next day at 9am. It was after 5pm and the office was closed. I e-mailed and asked them to call me first thing in the morning. The next morning I received a call bright and early clarifying what I needed to do and I was able to complete my medical in the right way.
Axaway gives great information - not only on the Visa process itself, but also great tips on the things that you need to do once you get to Canada. For example: applying for a SIN, getting Health Cards, getting a Driver's License, etc. Most services would be "complete" once I received word of approval. In Axway case, it is continuing on, which is a great comfort to me, as it is a nerve-wracking experience to finally land in a country and to be positive you are doing it in the right way. I'm still asking questions, even after my approval, and they are still getting answered by axaway team. I am confident that axaway will be there every step of the way until my feet are firmly planted in Canada!!!

Sir the fees refund process takes the time of 5-6 weeks as per the rules set by Canada and that was the only reason of delay.
