Ecom pur/google *dongx/855-83 so pls take action against it my name is imran shaikh and mobile number is-[protected] and pls inform me how to get my money back and i want to stop unwanted transactuon pls help me regarding this complain.

My wcc is debited by 3533.62 ... without any intimation.
For what I could not understand and not rec'd any revert from bank.
My account has been debited by rs 199/- as on date 26/11/2019 in morning 10.06 am, i have not made any transaction so how does my account got debited.Please refund my money of rs 199/- .

    I am writing this with regards to my credit card bill payment. I recently received a bill of amount rs. 49000.

    This is to inform you that i cannot pay this amount as my family has fallen under hard time in recent months, and i had lost my job, but we do want to settle this in a fair and just manner so that you can have the money you deserve and we can be relieved of the burden of owing you this debt.

    I will be able to give 20% of my debts. If agree to settle with this amount, i shall be clearing their dues as soon as possible. More than 20% is not affordable for me in the present situation.

    I am ready to settle this as soon as i get the confirmation from your side.

    Please know that i have appreciated the patience and professionalism that your staff has given in this process, and that this correspondence has been sent. I am sincerely obliged to you for your help and corporation. Thank you.

    Hello, Please call me tomorrow at exactly 3 pm. The only reason you weren't able to reach me was that I had to switch off my phone due to all the harassment calls I have been getting from your side. Please call me at the given time.
    With reference to the above subject this month two times deducted in my account for amount of Rs.1050 on 14/11/2019 and again Rs.1050 on 27/11/2019. This is unauthorised deduction my account please clarify that above subject and stop further deduction.

      I have applied for the fastag from axis bank fastag portal. I have already paid all the charged but i didn't get any response from axis bank. I have just received customer id & wallet id but the physical fastag is not received from bank and their customer service number is also not reachable. They should provide a tracking number or sms which clarify the current status of fastag.

      I have a salary account and was not using since one year. the negative balance was accumulated without any intimation or any knowledge to me. Unknowingly i credited some amount in the account and it was not usable as all the services to me were denied and showing the balance was negative. i deeply regret for having an account in axis bank.

      I am facing same issue.Still i didn't receive my fast tag.
      I am facing the same issue. Applied for Axis Bank FASTag on Nov 26. Till today (Dec 10) not received the tag.
      Customer care number[protected] is fake. It doesn’t work.

      Looks like Axis Bank is a fraud company.

      I want my money back immediately with compensation.

      Axis Bank is unfit to operate in India. RBI should close it down.
      i too had raised a request for Fastag on 30th Nov., but till date no clue
      I have applied for the fastag from axis bank fastag portal. I have also paid the charges but I didn't get any response from axis bank. I have received customer id & wallet id but after expiry of more than 25 days the fastag not yet received to me. Kindly check your record and intimate delivery particulars by return mail please.
      Its been a month now since I applied for a fastag on Axis Bank but till now not received the same. Contacted customer care several times & get the same response that it will be delivered in 2-3 days.

      Being a customer of Axis Bank its really the worst case scenario for me. Really feel bad to be associated with your bank.

      There is no any tracking system for fastag.
      My customer id[protected]. My account was debited for Rs 400 on 12 Dec 2019.All I got was wallet id. The promise was a home delivered fastag within a week. As on 3rd Jan 2020, status is unknown. No one is reachable.The toll free number keeps me waiting endlessly. Mails elicit no response. Have requested to reverse the debited amount back to my account and be done with. However there is no response. Is there no one accountable? Nothing can be more traumatic. I regret that I went through Axis Bank. Other Banks such as ICICI Bank give it very fast. Fastags are being distributed via many channels effectively. WILL AXIS BANK concerned Managers wake up and reply?
      I am Axis Bank customer since 2010, till date I was happy with Axis banking services, but in case of FasTag axis can be ranked from the lowest, NO APP and NO CUSTOMER CARE for this, you can only receive reply through mails in 15 - 20 days minimum.
      I also ordered fastag on 1st Feb. No tracking is available. What a fraud bank it is??
      I APPLIED FAST TAG ON 20TH OF JANUARY THROUGH AXIS BANK AND TILL DATE I HAVE NOT RECEIVED

      I had applied for a fastag on March 2, they debited Rs.400 but I have still not received it. The customer care representative states that there is no information about the vehicle I have applied for.
      Axis Bank should keep a proper track of the same, after debiting the money they say there is no information. How irresponsible.

        Hi, i tried to resolve the complaint with customer care team too, however, still no resolution has been agreed upon.

        I have paid the actual transaction amount of 1, 099 for current month. And will not be paying the remain charges levies by bank.

        The system is asking for unwanted security questions which i did not even set as a security question . Only 3 attempts were given to answer those questions (which is not set by me) and how could the bank expect me to answer it for login ? now all my attempts are done. I have to wait for another 24 hours !

          Hi,

          I worked in axis bank from september2016 to october2017. I want to claim my pf. I don't know to whom i want to contact. I contacted the brach where i serviced. They asked me to contact the hr in rs puram, coimbatore branch. Hr said, he doesn't help with this as he don't know how to claim pf. He asked me to, write mail to [protected]@axisbank.com

          I sent mail. But mail not getting delivered to this email id. No response in the branch where i worked neither from the hr team.

          Now i am helpless. It is really unfair.

          Recently my card has been declining international payments like apple music subscription, Icloud Storage etc which earlier was done with this card. Now it is showing that it is not activated for international usage and kindly please do the needfull.

            Please note that i'm facing problem with axis bank for a long time now. Recently i have facing problems on 2 issues:

            1. One amount of 1611.9/- got credited to my credit card account but did not get reflected.

            2. An amount of rs. 1641.9/- which was my last month credit card bill, was paid on 29th nov'19 but not showing in my account.

            Kindly solve this one. Service of the bank is degrading like anything day by day.

            I took a new debit card ( Rupay ). It was ok when it is used 1st time, now it is showing, Sorry this card is not authorized for use at this point.

Somedays ago your representive come my home and told me that i invest 25000 rupees in fd for five years. Thats why i sign that form.                 I am a senior citizens and retired acp from delhi police and holding an account in axis bank branch (Meera bagh, new delhi 110087) from last 10 years. I and my family members have our account in this bank only as a priority costomer. My greviennce is that the personnel manager mr vipin kukereja is a man of very rude behaviour, lacking any compassion and service to the coustmer especially seniors. He never picks up the call and is busy on his private chats and ignores the calls of business purposes, siting the reason that he is not bound to pick up the call of business nature
                Today i:e 2/12/2019 i visited the branch inspite of ill-health for my pension related queries as i was not getting any reply from the bank inspite of repeated calls, but mr kukereja behaved rudely with disrespect leading to aniexty and palpitations in me. I brought all this to the manager of thr bankmr amit aggarwal, who ignored it outright and took no action against the employee. I would request the bank authorities to enquire about this kind of behaviour and ensure that the senior citizens are treated with respect they deserve and ensure that this doesn't happen again with reputed bank like axis bank.

                    My axis debit card not yet activated. Many time contact customer care and nearest branch.
                    My debit card blocked some reason and block and replace option used in axis mobile banking app card delivered but no activation in debit card visit nearest branch customer assistant told old debit card active.                         Sir,
                        Your agent had made a max life assured wealth plan, policy no[protected]. But i am yet to receive the policy kit. On contacting her over the phone she shows aggressive attitude. On reviewing all the mail i found that she deliberately put wrong address, that's why it was not delivered to me. She indulges me tp go to the consumer forum if i can.
                        At this point i made my decision to sever all relationship with axis bank unless stern action is taken against her for such type of lackadaisical attitude.

                          Whenever a person is trying to transfer money in my axis asp account. Bank decline by saying transfer failed. Please do the needful. I got stucked as i need to get and transfer money from my account. I tried calling to the axis asap customer care but failed to report the issue. I have a trust over this bank that this issue is going to be resolve as soon as possible.

                            Sir i have taken point of sales machine from axis bank parlakhemundi (Odisha). During january to may 2019 the sales swiped through machine and the amount credited having difference. Several times i had complained to the branch manager, but of no response. The sales swiped for more amount, but the settled amount credited for less amount. I had complained to their corporate office, yet no resolution please help me in this matter

                              I paid for a online fastag with axis bank on 18th november, 2019.

                              There is no response for the number of emails i have sent them, nor i am able to get connected to their phone line which has been prominently given, saying in case of any issue please call them on[protected]. It will get connected, but no one will respond and is on wait.

                              Pathetic service from axis.

                              Hope they improve and cater to the customer needs.

                                I tried calling the customer care number about this but there's no response. Rs 20498 is debited from my account without any prior notice. They just completely swept my account now it has zero balance. I don't know who to contact about this. I saw many people complaining about the same issue some of them have received a reply but it isn't resolved yet. I hope i get my money back. I'm so frustrated right now. I'm not receiving any response from you. This is my third time submitting a complaint it has been 3 weeks i still haven't received my money back no message from bank either

                                  I have received following messages today, that say:

                                  Message 1:

                                  "dear customer, mandates reference no: utib[protected] issued to icici bank limitd with value 14040 and frequency adhoc is accepted for the account number ending with xxxxxxxxxxx2675.in case of any issues please get in touch with your branch."

                                  Message 2:

                                  "your a/c 772675 is debited by rs. 118 on 28nov19. Avbl bal: rs. Xxxxx. Xx. Info: sign. Verf. Chrgs mandate regst/ stop. Call [protected] for dispute"

                                  I don't think i have issued any such mandate.
                                  Could you please help me to understand what is going on? And if it's a fake something could you please stop it immediately?

                                  Message 1: "Dear Customer, Mandates reference No: UTIB[protected] issued to ICICI BANK LIMITD with value 14040 and frequency Adhoc is accepted for the account number ending with XXXXXXXXXXX2675 . In case of any issues please get in touch with your branch."

                                  Message 2: "Your A/c 772675 is debited by Rs. 118 on 29Nov19. Avbl Bal: Rs. 20826.83. Info: Sign. Verf. Chrgs Mandate Regst/ Stop. Call [protected] for dispute".

                                  Please do something about it.

                                    I had been issued a credit card of miles & more bearing number 5593xxxx xxxx 7430. I had not asked the card and accordingly i contacted my axis bank branch. I requested for cancelling the same one month's before. Even after the regular dialogue and assurance, i received the bill against that card.
                                    Now why should be harassed by your credit card department and why the said card was not stopped/ cancelled? Is it not harassment of a senior citizen for your mistake? Who are the responsible persons for such unnecessary harassment?

                                      Hi,

                                      Last day i got a call from one of the axis bank executive, in that call they are explained some of the plan named one assist or something like that. After that call my account got debited rs. 1899. Actually i don't want this service. I contacted many of the axis bank customer care numbers. But not got a proper response for the same. I want to deactivate this service. Please do the needful and let me know.
