Hello,

I am unable to change my net banking password. While i am trying it shows "we are having difficulties processing your request. Please try again later." could you please solve this problem asap.

As i am facing this issue since 1 month & i raised complaint at axis near branch but no use so kindle slove the issue.

I tried calling the customer care number about this but there's no response. Rs 20498 is debited from my account without any prior notice. They just completely swept my account now it has zero balance. I don't know who to contact about this. I saw many people complaining about the same issue some of them have received a reply but it isn't resolved yet. I hope i get my money back. I'm so frustrated right now....

I had applied pl loan on axis bank, loan amount was sanctioned and credited to my axis bank account on[protected] and entire loan amount was move to lien blance on[protected], without notifying to me, how can they do this to customer without informing, if any dispute bank can intimate customer and do further action. I opened a savings account (Sbezy) from axis bank in 2016 during when i was a minor. By march 2019 after completion of 18 years my account got debit frozen. After reaching customer care they insisted me to visit my branch. A lady representative shouts from other side that uzma is registered at my mobile no. & i am lying to her that this no does not belong to uzma.

I've created an axis asap bank account on 12/11/18 and done all the kyc verification including biometric in a nearby axis bank brank (Kilpauk) and they even issued me a passbook with attestation. Today my account is closed stating that i haven't done kyc verification process. The account is closed without any prior communication, not even a single sms or email prior to closure. When rbi said no negative charges are applied if we maintain zero balance. Any way my account is used by government for subsidy and so its active, then why showing negative balance.? Hi, while iam taking personal loan the bank offered me with rs.356000/- with 14% intreste rate. But now i got 356000/- and with 17.25% interest rate. Please do the needful. Axis bank is charging too much (Vellachery branch chennai) consolidate charges, on 8th of november was 30 rs.
