I have transferred Rs.2000 on 14th of December through IMPS. My account has been debited but the beneficiary account has not been credited. I was told that the money will be reverted to my account within 48 hours. Neither the money has not been reverted nor I got proper response from customer care. It's been almost 7 days. I'm fed up.

    On 03 .10.2016 a cheque of Rs 555000.00 (kotak Mahindra Bank no-000206 dated 10.07.2016) was submitted In Axis bank at Hazaribag Branch for payment in saving A/c no-[protected] . The Hazaribag Branch sent this cheque to Ranchi Branch on 15.10.2016 where it was declared Instrument out dated . on the basis of that Ranchi branch returned the same writing dishounred to Hazaribag Branch . I claimed to pay my Rs 555000.00 in my A/c by sending Lea gale Notice on 18.11.2016 which was received on 24.11.2016 at Hazaribag Branch . But up till now I am waiting for my claim . Hence I request you kindly full fil by claim earle .

        depossition of money in incorrect account, i have explain here what has happen... sir,
        i was
        cheated by one unwanted person on the consigment of "giving a job in the BMW automobile
        company", this person propose me to deposit 23400 rs againest Mr. RENU SINGH, AC no:
        [protected], at your branch ALAMURU, E.G.DT, A.P. i trust his words and expert a job
        and placed a deposition of 23400 rs in the account of above said member. i had known
        immediatly "it was cheeting" after the deposition, and i have informed nearest bank at
        ALAMURU, but there is the no response for above said consigment. i had met 'branch
        manager' number of times on this consigment but no use, those are tell me "there is no
        possibility to block this account". i have all the proofs to proove this account person was
        cheater. if you please give a chance and tell how can retain my money, i don't have any
        ways, i have only the way that was contact nearest help line. i had searched this in net, and
        found this email id, please respond & give any reply on this consigment as earlier as possible,
        i have already sent same to your branch at new delhi by corier. this account holder maintain
        an accout at your branch vasantha vihar, new delhi, i have already communicated at above
        said bank but no use, sir this account freezed since june 2008, but i did not any responce
        from above said bank on this consigment to do the justice. sir how much time freezed this
        account with out doing any transactions, is there any period or not. i am waiting for the
        justice for one year, but there is no reply. we pardon you to do justice to me on this

          Reason : because that atm is owned by welspun india limited facility

          If i am an customer of axis bank, they why should someone deny me its service to withdraw money

            Respected sir, i inserted my atm debit card(Axis Bank) at SBI ATM gangapur road nashik dist. Nashik on 20/11/16 at 15.00. but at the time inserting card screen display shows card not properly inserted after that my account is debited by Rs.2500 from my saving account.so i do online complaint about transaction but i cant got reply from bank, finally at third time complaint bank says SBI send us mail and give answer your transaction was successful, but Ti ll cant got amount so take action.

              The transaction failing for Replacement debit card.

              I have sent the transaction failed screen shot to customer care on Dec 6.

              They need to get back 2 bussiness day, they didnt come back.

              I have called the issue customer care and again they wanted 2 or more bussiness day with the refernce of 26922356 and representative name Vishal Gupta .

              They didnt show up and sent again the mail to customer service after i didnt get reply form them after 13 days.

              They reply me the procedure which already did.

              Now they disabled the transaction for my account dated Dec 20.

              They said to block card, i have did it. Now i cannot able to do transaction for replacement card.

              So now the card is blocked and not able to replace the card as well.

                          Humbly submitted that I am, a senior citizen and CMD of my company Savlight Tech Pvt Ltd set up at D-36 A-1 Mansarovar garden new Delhi 110015. I visited your branch at C- 56 MSG ND on 15 16 and 17 just to get my cash from my account but every time I was sent back but when on 17.12.2016 at 3.pm I asked branch head for cash she kept me waiting till 4.30pm and then again refused and said there is no cash. When I pressed for it she along with One Ms. Khatter started misbehaving and threatened for the consequences of misbehaving with ladies when I told her to there are CCTV camera survaliance in the branch and she can go for for any action she was caught blank and to be on saferside I called police. Till I was waiting for the police both ladies started comments where is your police I told them if the do not turn up ki can only call again. But in the meanwhile branch head lifted cheques from the table and asked me to take payment but on the payment counter again she misbehaved by handing me two peice and soiled notes of 100 for 40 k and crying said take this but also this is the only cash. Further she said you better close your account.
                          I had to accept soiled notes as I was in dire need of it when I started counting notes she again started shouting.
                          My submission is please take copies of CCTV footage and judge the falt otherwise I will have to file an RTI for the footage and status of cash, which I fail to understand from where was generated if it was not there an hour before and some other relevant details.
                          Hoping for a speedy action within 48 hours.

                          Hi Team,

                          i had taken Loan from Axiz Bank & they confirm me for 11% & i Confirmed for that but when i got the docs it was 20% means this is bluddy crap, you guys are cheating with your customers. i am going to escalate this to consumer forum as well.

                              Rs 750 put in Lien by Axis bank yesterday 18th Dec, 2016

                              On talking to customer support guy he said it is for violation of minimum balance in the account.

                              My balance has never went below minimum. On top of that I have a very big Fixed Deposit in my account which should be treated technically as part of my balance itself.

                              The customer support executive talked very rudely to me as if he is the king and asked me to call after 1/2 hour by giving an excuse that the system is not working.

                                I like to draw your kind attention to the fact that we had a d-mat account (Account holder name is mr. Hrishikesh bhattacharya). But mr. Sayan of axis bank, apcar garden branch intimated us that my d-mat account had become dormat account and i cannot use that account any more and advised to open new d-mat account jointly with husband and wife. (Mr. Hrishikesh bhattacharya and mrs. Anjali bhattacharya). (Both are senior citizen). We also paid him a chaque of rs.12500/= on indian bank on 20th oct16. And duly cleared on 31st oct16. He also assured me that he would give me the necessary papers on the next day. After that he kept silence inspite of my reminders. Being a senior lady citizen i knocked the bank;s door regularly but did not get any reply. But i came to know from your bank till today the account is not activated. You are requested to return me rs 12500/= with maximum interest as i am not interested to continue the d-mat account with your bank.

                                I recharged a mobile payee of Airtel Network with ref no :[protected]C5BBB8D on 11th of Dec 2016 through Axis Mobile App. It said SUCCESS, but mobile was not recharged. Please refund my money back and make sure it never happens again.

                                  Kindly request you to please do support me to close the unused current account which was opened one year back. The charges are getting accumulated to 25000 which is unjustified to pay this amount.
                                  Due to having no buisiness from one year want to close the unused current account.
                                  Went to the bank for closing the unused current account but bank staff Mr. Lokesh
                                  From main branch, salem defines me to clear the penalties which is accumulated to 25000 unfairly, then the closing o[censored]nused current account process will be accepted.

                                    I m getting late payment charges high I.e 300 late charges on due amt of 900 only. Like wise in September month of late payment of credit card amt 900/_ late payment fees due was 431/_ which are charges high. MY CREDIT CARD LAST NO. IS 6091. Please help me removing this charges or else I will close this Credit card . As I think customer are charges huge late payment charges making our experience bad using your bank credit card.

                                      I didn't pay my credit card bills from last few months as I was unemployed for few months and when I Got I made minimum payment and then my brother was hospitalized so since I was the one handling everything office n hospital I failed to answer few calls from Bank. Once when I answered I told d person my brother is hospitalised n I have financial problems I will not b able to pay now give me some time still they use to call me daily. When I didn't had anything how can I make payment n it was disturbing since d entire day I was in hospital. Last month my brother who was hospitalized passed away. I was not in a state of mind to talk to anyone I dint answer my office calls as well. I answered call from ur bank n told them the situation I asked for 2 months n I will make the payment. I explained to them very nicely. I don't think they understand. It not that I am not ready to pay but I need some time But your rep called Jyoti Gurav sent a field person stating I am going to make payment ND collect it. I told her there no use since I am going through all this n give me 2 months time. She was very rude and said "If Your Brother passed away that's your problem not banks problem. My person will stay back and spoke very rudely to me." I never expected this from axis bank. I called the other person axis bank collection who was doing a follow up with me when I was unemployed and told him. I will make the payment or I am ready for settlement please tell me the amount. He said he will call n inform me. Today I get to know they have transferred all my dues to my savings account without my consent they removed the balance amount which was unethical. It's not that I was not ready for the payment I was I asked them for settlement and they did this. What kind of service is this. I fail to understand. And the way she spoke to me hurts me more. I know it's not banks problem but I want you to take some action or I will go to consumer law. Because when you are ready for settlement I don't think they should have done this.

                                        I am writing regarding my savings account number [protected], dum dum
                                        Branch, that i have with your institution. I have had this account for
                                        Everal years and have enjoyed being a member of this fine bank. On 2nd
                                        December, 2016 i have received a sms from your bank that rs.611/- was being
                                        Debited from my savings account for the purchase from wwwgodaddy.com, but
                                        The matter is neither i had purchased anything from this site nor i had
                                        Wapped my card for the same. I had purchased two wrist watch on the same
                                        Date amounting 265/- and 7090/- and today also purchased the same amounting
                                        To rs.328/- from flipkart, those messages are there in my mobile but none
                                        Of those are from godaddy, and there is no such purchase of rs.611/-
                                        Indeed. I have a loan from bajaj finance limited which is amounting
                                        Rs.1469/- per month basis as emi which is already deducted on 2nd
                                        December, 16, so what is this amount of rs.611/-

                                        I had a faith of security on your bank but after this incident i am really
                                        Astonished and afraid to make any further transaction from this bank.

                                        Furthermore, i had called to the customer care of godaddy.com, as per
                                        Their terms there is no registration in by my name or by my mobile number
                                        Nor by my email id. And the mentioned info no. Which was given into the bank
                                        Message that was also not valid as the order number is contained with 9
                                        Digit. And they have also suggest me to consult with the bank only. As
                                        There has no such purchase has made by me.

                                        Requesting you to clarify the details of this transaction and please refund
                                        Me the same in my account with an immediate effect. Without any consent how
                                        Could an amount could be deducted from the savings account?
