My Bharatpe account settlement is in hold since 02 Nov 2024, we already Submitted all the requested and required document, Then on 04 Nov, 14 nov, and 14 dec 2024. It showing settlement status - blocked and document already uploaded, but account Didn't Unblocked And Generated New Ticket.. But Today 03 Jan 2025 I'm Keep Calling again & again every day Saying today will be done. But nothing Happen yet. Because of them my mone and business transaction is stuck..
Now I'm unable to receive payment and settlement 10, 200 stucked in Bharatpe account, That was My Hardcor Saving. I'm really very disapointed . Bharatpe Coustomer Service Is very Poor. Please help me..

    I have purchased bharatpay one machine on 10th of November 2024, AWB=[protected], after purchasing that machine i have noticed a falut in the charging slot of the machine the display was not getting charged at all, So i have raised a compliment To reslove the issue and bring the machine back, I have also visited The Third party Courier Office Ecom Enterprise they said they have taken the bharatpay one machine on 18th of November and the have successfully delivered it back to the main branch of, Bharatpay Office till now its been more then 20 days has been passed its 7th of dec i haven't Received my Bharatpay one machine, i have sent dozens of mails and from past 2 weeks i have been contacting to the customer care of bharatpay but They are not helping me at all, in mails and in customer care calls they are saying the same Script that we have esclated ur issue and we have forwarded ur issue to the upper branch, But of no use, No serious actions has taken from the bharatpay Team, Here is my UPI chq/Ref No UPI[protected], 10thbof November 2024 i have made aan online payment of 1, 178Rs plz U keep ur machine with u, And give me my Refund back i dont want ur machine, As in the previous mails from Mukul dev. [protected]@BHARATPE HE has asked me to forward the Agent name and no so that he can future solve me issue, I have also replied him back with the Agent co no and his name, but no serious Action was taken from his side, The Agent con no is ([protected]) Agent Name (Naveen) I have visited The courrier Ecom enterprise office he said he has given back the Bharatpay one machine to U, The machine is with u itself, keep ur machine and give me my refund this is the last mail, if I don't get any serious response, I wil give a complaint to Consumer court that's it, plz reslove the issue or else give me my refund back i want my money back to my Account

        I order bharatpe swipe machine 02/04/2024 delivered 04/04/2024 seven days time to free trial period so i request to return order in 10/04/2024 but my request was cancelled so i call customer service they told again re request to return you got fully refund but now bharatpe customer service told no refund I asking why my first request cancel proper reason please refund or return to my swipe machine

          Three years ago bharatpe executive visited my Store and helped me to open 2 account attached to my pancard.
          After 3 years without any intimation they have blocked / locked my qr code. I contacted more than 200+ times and every time customer care ask me send documents, photos of Store, gst, pan aadhar etc. More than ten times I have uploaded same documents.
          After couple of weeks they started sending me links to upload the same documents. This repeated more than twenty plus times.
          Finally they said photos are not enough, so that I should sent videos, videos of mobile, videos of shops, videos of documents etc.
          Finally I contacted them through X, shared a email id asked me to send videos, more than 5 times videos shared to them . Unfortunately I couldn't satisfied them with my videos.

          When I am looking around similar cases are not less. This is a new scam of bharatpe holding merchants hard earned money and purchasing time by fooling them to upload documents. A new scam by bharatpe.

              My Bharat pay account settlement is in hold since 5 march 2024, we already submitted all the requested documents, then on 8 march it showing resolve but account didn’t unblocked, and generated new ticket which showing escalated, but today is 15 march, I m keep calling them and they every day saying today it will be done, but nothing happen yet. Becz of them my Money and business transaction is stuck . I already told them we are private limited and I already send them the doc but I think they already decided to keep that settlement money and blocked us. Very very but service, I will never use Bhartpay service in my any branches and do not recommend anybody. They only trying to keep people money that it . Bad service and support .

              If anybody can help to resolve it and return our money then please help us.

                I am using Bharat pe pos machine, before taking pos, Bharat PE executive told me gst details are not required, bcz I am running local business, so I took machine and started using pos, very first transaction got me blocked message, invoice, gst number, so I gave the invoice, but the pos machine blocked, my amount is withheld last 1 month, it is very big 81199, and it affects the business, customer care does not answer, so much harresing this company,

                  I did self transaction bharat pe by mistake and my account was blocked so I submitted my documents many times for unblock my account because some amount is stuck and they told me its take 7 days for unblock account and now 5 to 6 months completed

                    I have a business named 'Omii Tours and Travels' in Pune, Maharashtra and I have 'Bharatpe' Company's swipe machine.
                    On 24th February my customer 'Mr. Rohit Govind Yesekar’ swiped his Credit Card for 60, 000 on my swipe machine.
                    But 'Bharatpe' Company held the money saying that the transaction is suspicious.
                    When my customer called credit card support, it came to light that neither they nor my customer had made such a complaint.
                    Still 'bharatpe' company is not refunding my money to me or my customer. And making us wait. But I need my money urgently. Please look into this soon and get me this money.
                    I have given all the proofs regarding this transaction to 'Bharatpe' company.
                    The details of the transaction are as follows

                      I have a business named 'Omii Tours and Travels' in Pune, Maharashtra and I have 'Bharatpe' Company's swipe machine.
                      On 10th February my customer 'Mr. Sanket Shinde swiped his SBI Credit Card for 58, 000 on my swipe machine.
                      But 'Bharatpe' Company held the money saying that the transaction is disputed.
                      When my customer called SBI credit card support, it came to light that neither theu nor my customer had made such a complaint.
                      Still 'bharatpe' company is not refunding my money to me or my customer. And making us wait 90 working days. But I need my money urgently. Please look into this soon and get me this money.
                      I have given all the proofs regarding this transaction to 'Bharatpe' company.

                        Company sell me a pos machine with 7 days return policy with full refund, but i give a return request next day when i received the device, But 1 month over no body come for pickup my device and my pickup request is automatically closed after many calls and requests to their customer care but no body solve my problem, they ignore me repeatedly because they did it intentionally, This is very pathetic experience from a reputed company and they charged every month 472/-rs for the machine . Every commitments are wrong when they sell the machine, after sale service is very very very disappointing. I want to return my device still now, if they give me my money back.

                          False UPI ID created

                          I dont know how but bharatpe has created a merchant ID without any authorisation. I came to know about it when a friend of mine was sending a payment of ₹5000 via Paytm mobile transfer mode and this was not credited to my bank account. The UPI ID is: bharatpe.[protected]@fbpe. this is not even a phone number! I tried calling bharatpe but the IVR says that my mobile number is not registered. Please help me with this issue....

                          I pay 350 rp to deactivate BHARAT pe speaker. And then few weeks later deducted 1700rp something money from my daily collection.what is that nonsense charges taken from me.
                          Im using BHARAT pe so long time no settlements on time daily EDI is not with fixed amount many issues but now BHARAT pe using third class criteria to run his business deducted nonsense amount 1700 to the bull ### speaker.
                          The china quality plastic speaker was stopped working in few weeks then BHARAT pe charged for that 1700. Really? Is that worth it??...my refund and get my money back...BHARAT pe
