I can't Withdraw Amount from Bharathpe investment account.
With draw request initiated on 28/07/24 ₹15.31 but amount not credited in my bank account 17 days completed but amount not credited in my bank account.Day by bay Date only extended. So further amount Withdrawal request not accepted . In display showing me technical error.

I dont know how but bharatpe has created a merchant ID without any authorisation. I came to know about it when a friend of mine was sending a payment of ₹5000 via Paytm mobile transfer mode and this was not credited to my bank account. The UPI ID is: bharatpe.[protected]@fbpe. this is not even a phone number! I tried calling bharatpe but the IVR says that my mobile number is not registered. Please help me with this issue....

I received a call from someone claiming that he had sent me a UPI transfer with a BharatPe UPI ID: "BHARATPE.[protected]@fbpe" belonging to a merchant named "Sundar". The UPI ID contains a phone number that belongs to me but the UPI ID as stated does not belong to me and the merchant name is also not mine.

I am receiving WhatsApp messages from multiple people who want payment back, I confirmed that the payment was not received...

I am not able to receive payment on my QR code. I am not able to withdraw the amount which has already been collected by me of rs49600 and Investments amount rs11, 70, 322 the message shown is "Withdrawals on your account have been temporarily blocked". The amount pending is of 24/04/2023 and till date it has not been released.

Please ensure that you release the amount as soon as possible.

I am not able to receive payment on my QR code nor I am able to withdraw the amount which has already been collected by me the message shown is "Withdrawal on your account have been blocked temporarily". The amount pending is of 24/04/2023 and till date it has not been released.

Please ensure that you release the amount as soon as possible or else ensure me to provide interest on my amount which is being held by you till date...

Received a call from a person claiming that he has sent me an UPI transfer using Gpay to an BharatPe UPI ID: "BHARATPE.[protected]@yesbankltd" belonging to a merchant named "Mr Rakesh Meena". The UPI ID contains a phone number that belongs to me but the UPI ID as stated does not belong to me and the merchant name is also not my name.

This person insisted that an amount of INR 34000.00 was transferred to me on this UPI...

After speaking to you I had hopes that my account will be recovered with the amount that Bharat Pay has blocked. Till today there is no resolution given.

Here is the overall worst experience that I am writing in pain to you and whoever it may concern .

The issue started on 19th Nov'2022 where a customer named Mohd Hasham has swiped his card at 10.04 PM bearing the amount of Rs 50, 000/-.br...

I have been using BharatPe App to accept payments at my shop and recently found that Settlements / Withdrawal are on hold citing technical reasons.

It has been 20 days tracking my complaint with their customer care department. I have uploaded all the documents requested by them but still the complaint is pending with no response from their side. I have made numerous requests by call / chat / call backs for timely resolution.....

I had ordered Bharatpe speaker through bharatpe app on 18 October 2022, but the order was cancelled by Bharatpe on 3 November 2022 . But the amount paid to the speaker is not refunded by the company. So do look after this issue...

I had purchased a speaker from bharatpe on 04th of june 2022 for which I had paid nothing because I am an bharatpe club member and after that I wanted to return the speaker and I had placed a return request on 24th June 2022 but no one came and collected the speaker and the return request was raised on 24th June which is shown in the app and following next month an amount of 125 was deducted unwantedly and unethically after raising the return...

I have received money in my Bharatpe account from my customers and all total the balance is approx Rs1.03 lakhs, but when I am requesting for withdrawal a pop up message is coming out where it is written that my settlement is disabled without mentioning the reason! I want my settlement to be enabled immediately from them....

I was promised 0 rental and 0 transaction charges for using the BharatPe swipe Machine when I ordered the machine.Now, due to changes in their policies they're charging me around 2.065% per transaction which I've not at all accepted the changes. If they change the policies it was their problem not mine they've to provide me the service for free. I want raise a petition on BharatPe for cheating me.
If we keep the amount for 15 days...
