Dear Mr Abhishek

I appreciate your efforts but at the same time I would raise a question mark on the working done by axis in my case , which seems to be worst in compare to even government banks. This is just opposite to what you said in your advertisement details in the net “it will be a hassle free loan, door step service etc.”

If I did not had any legal paper on my name then why bank had taken 46 days to respond ? what bank was doing for 46 days.
Today I have received a casual letter seems to be sent from you side which is not on the letter head of bank and even don’t have the stamp on it I doubt that Axis bank such casual way of communications.
I this casual letter you guys have mentioned that due to adverse credit history bank is not able to sanction my loan, Dear Abhishek let me know is really 47 days required to respond when things and credit histories are on online.
I am not pressing you that why you have not sanctioned my loan my question is why it took 46 days to respond why nobody took pain to check my credit history which is online , and you guys kept the matter pending for a long time and wasted my time.

Dear Mr Lakhmichand – in this scenario you please suggest me what are all the possibilities or actions can be taken against those officials who are Negligent, irresponsible and have not reverted well in time.

I sincerely apologize for the inconvenience due to time taken in processing your application of home loan, the delay occurred because we get your form 16’s verified from various companies and none of them were in Meerut.
Further you were always requested not to make any payment to anybody unless you get your loan sanctioned; even to this day you do not have any property legal documents in your name.
We have couriered the letter stating our inability to sanction your loan and we are tracking the courier to get it delivered to you quickly.

My name is Santosh Kumar residing at Meerut Shastri Nagar the issue is pertaining to my home loan sanction from Axis bank Meerut
I had applied for home loan of Rs. 15 LAC from Axis bank branch Boundary road Meerut thru DSA ( Krisna Consultant ) Contact person – Anshul ([protected])
The bank advertisement details in the net shows it will be a hassle free loan, door step service etc. We have been told that the whole process will take around 15 days. but it has been more than One and half Month till now but no response from the bank officials. This is actually after submitting all the relevant documents well in time which are required.

The staff ( may be the group which dealt our case) seem to be very casual on their approach not ensuring their responsibilities of intimating the customer regarding the status of the loan.

I have visited the branch at least 6 times in last one and half month, Contact person Mr Abhishek ([protected]) they always ensured me that it will be done tomorrow.

Moreover it is clearly given in Bank rules and regulations that they need to respond to the customer not later than one month regarding the subject matter whether it is positive or negative.
Since the requirement of money is more essential to me as buyer had given me one month time for response. It gives me enormous pressure and disturbing my peace.

Now in this scenario you please suggest me what are all the possibilities or actions can be taken against those officials who are negligent, irresponsible and have not reverted well in time.

    Sir,
    This is to bring Your kind notice that I,Mr.Samit Mukherjee,had been a savings Bank account holder(S/B A/C NO-[protected])
    of Axis Bank,Panihati Branch,West-Bengal.
    Since 2004, I had been enjoying a "POWER DRAFT FACILITY" offered by the Bank and for this process the concerned
    Bank had been charging interest (Rs.-1,750/- P.M.,approx.) every month against it.
    The Bank authority regularly renewed it on yearly basis till last year. But the problem starts now, when the Bank
    authority blocked my savings account([protected]) without making me any prior intimation and when contacted with them,
    they intimated me that the facility(POWER DRAFT FACILITY) given to me,had been withdrawn and it was their sole discretionary power
    depending upon which they have blocked my account.
    When I questioned the concerned Branch Manager, he replied that he hadn't any power to do anything as it was
    a decision and steps were taken by the Central Office. The Man genuinely heard my complain but he had nothing to do with it.
    Thereafter I have mailed a complain letter to "Eastern Regional Nodal Officer" and a Complain letter to the Branch
    Manager as two of my cheques get bounced due to irresponsible attitude shown by the Banking Authority which was not supposed
    to be as I had sufficient balance lying in my account to clear those two cheques.
    On today when contacted the Branch Manager, Mr. Branch Manager told me a horrible story that
    I shall not be allowed to operate my account as my account has been declared as NPA account and the balance that I'm having
    right now considered as "RECOVERY OF NPA".
    Now in this context my question to You is that,
    Can it be possible by the Banking authority to do all this things one-sided?
    Can they take such steps without giving us any intimation?
    Can't they give me any chance to repay my loan systematically as they did at the time of offering the Facility?
    Who will take the responsibility for the Humiliation of getting my cheque bounced without any reason?
    How could they declare my account NPA as I was regularly making my payment against the 'POWER DRAFT
    FACILITY?
    Please go through the matter as I'm totally in a mess and I need a clear explanation from them
    about this kind of harassment as I was being informed that I will never operate my account([protected]) again!

      My salary a/c has been debited for RS 2600 without my authorization, Transaction has happen on date[protected] Morning between 7.30am t0. 8.00 am apx.

      MY accout #[protected] , and debit card no.last four digit 6673 , valid upto 08/21

      Below is Message received on my mobile no.---

      You’re a/c 39420228 is debited Rs 2600 on[protected] A/c balance is Rs 1173.99 card info: CASH-ATM/CITY TOWER BASERA/PUNE/100212

      When I receive this SMS I was in Bus of my company going from Swargate to Hinjewadi.

      How can it possible DEBIT CARD is with me & no one knows the Password of it, someone withdraws money from my A/c without using my Debit card.

      I have called Customer care & lodged complain also requested block the card, I was speaking reshma.


      Please help in getting refund of this un-authorised debit in my account.

        Dear Sir/Madam,

        I am Dhirendra Mahaseth, working with Tenon property Services Pvt .ltd, holding a salary account (A/C No-[protected]) with AXIS Bank Kalyan Nagar Branch, Bangalore.
        On 5th of Feb 2012 around 3:16PM I got four message from AXIS BANK regarding my account is being debited with INR 23300/- (10000/-, 10000/-, 3000/- and 300/-) from my account when the card was there with me only. Immediately I went to my nearest Koramangala ATM, Bangalore and checked the balance for confirmation. But It displayed the debited amount as transaction and it shows the remaining balance is 84/-. I informed the same thing to Operation head of AXIS BANK Kalyan Nagar Branch. He checked my account and told it was an ATM withdrawal from STANDARD CHARTED BANK ATM from Jayanagar Bangalore. He told me that he will not help me in any case, so I went to Police Station and logged a complain regarding this.
        The transaction log is as follows :

          i got call from number [protected] person told me on my name there is non bailable warrant issued and he give me the number of lawyer Mr upadhyay i ask him what the complain for but he told me that you can call the number and give me call back.and lawyer threaten me if i don't pay the money for my credit card debt then i am going to jail.i go to my lawyer he told me not to worried about.the name of the bank is AXIS BANK.THEY TRY TO THRETEN THE PEOPLE AS OF FEDERAL DEBT PRACTICE ACT IF THE PERSON DONT HAVE THE MONEY THEY CANT FORCE OR THRETEN THEM BY THIS TYPE OF CALL.DONT WE HAVE LAWS FOR THIS TYPE OF COLLECTION AGENCY'S.
          THEY TOLD ME THEY ARE FROM MUMBAI INVESTIGATION TEAM AND NUMBER IS FROM UTTAR PRADESH.
          WOW.............
          I THINK THAT THERE ISN'T LAW FOR BANK AND FINANCIAL SECTOR.

            Axis Bank- Worst Bank to deal with

            I don't have words to describe my agony against the most unprofessional bank I have dealt with in my lifetime, AXIS BANK. I would suggest everyone to read my comments in this complaint and refrain from keeping any relation with this disgusting bank.

            I had bought a property in Greater Noida and within few days I started getting calls from various banks and among most frequent callers was an executive from Axis Bank. I had submitted my document in Sep in Noida sector 18 branch and it took them one long month to send me the sanction letter after so many reminders [PH-LNPHG_FLOATING I 651144 / RAC. NOIDA RAC I 11 .12]. Processing fee is also taken out of my account 3 months back, 25th Oct 2011 and till date amount is not disbursed.

            I have come across some really unprofessional and insensitive employee's from the DSA, Victorious Service which manages Axis Bank account, names are listed below:

            1. Sarita
            2. Rajiv
            3. Pankaj [Seems he is a CEO and does not responds at all, no matter how many times you chase]
            4. Sharad Saxena
            5. Sanjeev Srivastava [Who supposedly is the boss but not approachable]

            I am receiving multiple reminders from the builder regarding payment with penalty however there is not a even a single response from Axis Bank and I am stuck with this Bank since they have wasted 5 months with processing fee already paid.

            I am demanding a serious action against this bank.

            Agony does not end with my previous email, I was not completely satisfy with your services [Email attached – Axis Bank Home Loan] where issue was not completely resolved.

            To spice it up with your pathetic customer care, someone change my pre-emi plan to EMI plan and I am getting these messages from your bank where full EMI is being demanded. I realized this when my amount was suddenly increased in Sep and payment got bounced. I called your customer service and they gave me stupid reasons like its because of fluctuation in ROI. I was also informed that my contact details were incorrect hence I gave them my updated details.

            Next month to my surprise I got the text the full EMI of 36127 will be taken out from my account. I had to speak to 5 different people and no one was ready to help in accepting their fault, instead said I placed the request to change it from pre-EMI to EMI. They even tried to sell the benefit of this change and told me that now it cannot be changed!!.

            This is atrocious, when I threatened them to go to court they accepted it’s their fault and couple of days later I got a call from a lady who said we identified the issue so you pls let this EMI bounce and this will be fixed from next month.

            Reference number for last conversation was not given as Lady said I am calling from Bank and don’t have any reference number, rest are goven below.

            Name of one of the executive who seem to have goofed up was Katyayini [as told to me]

            Now again I got this message which says full EMI will be taken out, I don’t understand how do you guys work and why should a customer do business with you??

              I am really fed-up , feels dejected, feels cheated of RAC loan department AXIS BANK ,SECTOR -18,NOIDA branch.The customer service never pick up the call,if in rare occasion they pick up never give concrete reply and never keeps word regarding promises to solve the issue.

              I took POWER HOME LOAN from AXIS BANK they keeps on disturbing on every disbursement of HOME LOAN never gives the clarification.When I try to contact them they never even picks the phone.When we send the mail only automated reply with new complaint number arrives .

              They have in past too AXIS BANK without informing had alloted Rs. 50000 for property insurance without any information.It was only after my several contacts(mail,phone) i was informed about it.

              Customer Service for AXIS BANK LOAN department is horrible.

                Hi,

                Below is the mail which i have sent to Axis bank with reference to a PL taken last month. Its more than a month since the PL was approved and amount disbursed and yet no letter was sent with Particulars of my loan details.

                Its useless to call Axis bank phone as its never been attended by anyone even once. Have tried more than 10-12 numbers which just keeps ringing but never been picked by anyone. Neverthless to say Axis bank always causes inconvenience to customers.

                    I have salary A/c in AXIS BANK but may be from march 2010 to till date no salary is come due to job resign.But in Axis Bank salary Account transaction is done before few month but he suddenly deducted amount near about 700 without any prior information when i asked about that he don't give me satisfactory answer he said at the time of salary form signed this instruction is given in form(that instruction is when ever salary is not come then deduction is happened but from march2010 no any deduction happened and now suddenly deduction is happened).But when any mobile bill payment is balance then they call customer for balance bill amt and also given IVR for future action no suddenly take action. pls solve my problem As Soon As possible.

                      I had taken the Credit Card from Axis Bank through executive at Hyderabad in the year of 2006. That time the executive told me that there is not annual maintenance free. First month it self extra 700 it's come to my credit card bill so i call to the same executive he told that I don’t know that contact to costumer care, same i did they told me that you need to pay later we put the fine for next months then...

                        I have a savings account in Axis Bank. Recently, while checking the balance through Internet Banking I found out that 627.17 Rupees was deducted on 26.12.2011 mentioned as "Consolidated Charges for a/c." In addition to that a sum of Rupees 64.60 was deducted as Service Tax @10.30% on Charge. Now nowhere it was mentioned before that such amounts are going to be deducted without any notice. The customer support simply argues that its been deducted for not maintaining my average quarterly balance. But while opening the account, such policy statements was never mentioned. I want strict solution to such scams and fraud, been done by one of the biggest private banks in India. I just want my hard-earned money back. The proof is attached as an image.

                          i applied for PFC infrastructure bond of 10 year issue through AXIS Direct with 20000 amount,i dont have any detail about this order and my money deducted from my account.i tried to know through customer care of Axis Bank they said to go for nearest branch, i approached to brach manager and filed application but dnt getting where my money is where in my account statement it showing 20000 deduction.

                          sir please help me out to get contract note if i got the PFC Bond either plese help to refund my money , it have taken so long .

                            Axis bank credit card department used to cal me number of times, your account number got selected for platinum card with 3lakhs credit limit, with good offers on every purchase this and that. after appliying they gave the credit limit of 20000/-, its not the limit of half of my monthly salary, my monthly salary is 50000+. if i cal to the bank people they used to say cal to the customer care and if i cal to the customer care they say it got from head of the department. Axis bank as no proper responsiblities at all,

                            I am really unsatisfied with the Axis Bank Credit card team&#039;s false report. Every time some other person is dealing on emails. I also have visited Defence colony bank branch and didn&#039;t get the solution of my problem.

                            I have received my credit card bill and found REVERSAL - TRANSFER CHEQUE PAYMENT # 186798 5, 450.00 Dr, DEBIT INTEREST 524.29 Dr, SERVICE TAX @ 14.00%.

                            My bank saying there is no reversal and reply from Axis Bank Credit Card team ( Prajakta Pagare) on 17th June said my cheque was from Axis Bank, whereas i don&#039;t have bank account with Axis bank. I only have credit card with Axis Bank and saving accounts in other banks. So far it seems it is a fault at Axis bank credit card level and they want to hide this. After more than 10 requests still they are not providing the copy and detail of cheque which has payment reversal. This will help me to visit the bank branch and query why the reversal happened.

                              As i served in axis bank from 15 sept'10 to 18 june'11 during this period i hardly get any leave (might be 2,3 days). after resigning as per the rule i served 1 month as a notice period, i need leave at that time and i want to adjsut it with my pending leaves but my branch head assure me that since there is a lack of staff and you have to work but you will be paid the leave encashment amount in your full and final settlement no need to process it seperately in the system and regarding this i had a word with HR department also but at that time they don't intimate me about any process. and now in full and final settlement i did'nt receive any amount of my 23 days leave encashment. after that when i follow up regarding this they simply say that as per our HR policy now its not possible. I am pasting the copy of mail (contain all our conversation). I seriously want to escalate in this matter.

                              this bank is ridiculous among all private banks once you reach their office they will they will persuade you like insurance agents to do a policy. if you don't they will unnecessarily delay your work and harass you. another thing they whimsically increase their average balance without any intimation of any kind and when the account gets charged they behave as if i am speaking some rocket science. What is this you people are stealing hard earned money from our accounts and forcing us to take insurance from you. you should be banned by RBI and sued for stealing money. thieves greedy axis bank. if there would be any option of no or negative star i would have given this to it. it doesn't deserve to do banking in market.

                                I applied for a home loan from Axis Bank - RAC Ghaziabad. The loan was approved on 03 rd NOV 2011.

                                Ref:- PH_LNPHG FLOATING/663430/RAC-GHAZIABAD RAC/11-12

                                After the home loan got sanctioned, I submitted all the necessary documents for my loan disbursal. But it has been two months and I am only getting verbal assurances and nothing else.
                                The bank representatives always tell me that the loan will get disbursed within next 2-3 days.

                                It has been a really bad experience and looks like I have been fooled by the bank authorities.The builder is charging me interest due to payment delay.

                                  I have taken a Home loan from Axis bank bangalore. I have been requesting a soft copy of my own EMI statement from last 1 month, to submit Tax investment proof. I have send repeated mails and reminders to [protected]@axisbank.com, but no response till now. There is not even a working phone number provided for communication, always the AXIS bank number[protected] will be busy/engaged.

                                  The only branch available in bangalore is Jayanagar, Bangalore. These people expect customers to reach the bank for every request.
                                  Finally, I am frustrated with this bank. In future, I never ever go with this bank for any loan and recommend my friends/relatives the same.

                                  I am also fed up. I am unable to log in to see my statement but I am not getting the page for log in either at axisbank.com or co.in. Also my various emails sent over a month ago get only stereotype rewplies that the bank will get back shortly which never happens..
                                  I am really fed-up, feels dejected, feels cheated of RAC loan department AXIS BANK, SECTOR -18, NOIDA branch.The customer service never pick up the call, if in rare occasion they pick up never give concrete reply and never keeps word regarding promises to solve the issue.

                                  I took POWER HOME LOAN from AXIS BANK they keeps on disturbing on every disbursement of HOME LOAN never gives the clarification.When I try to contact them they never even picks the phone.When we send the mail only automated reply with new complaint number arrives .

                                  They have in past too AXIS BANK without informing had alloted Rs. 50000 for property insurance without any information.It was only after my several contacts(mail, phone) i was informed about it.

                                  Customer Service for AXIS BANK LOAN department is horrible.
                                  Jayanagar Branch of Home Loan Dpet. has full o[censored]pstarts and novices who do not ABC of customer Relationship. They converse very casually without even offering a seat to their esteemed customers. They will talking loud talking silly with their women employees in front of their customers. Their home loan sanction is as good as a toilet paper and it has no sancity. After issuing sanction letter and obtaining consent they will issues letters restricting the loan any where between 25% to 50% for the best reaosns known to them. I have not come accross such a stupid bank in 21 st centruy with such rude and crude staff any where in the world.

                                  Ultimately bank management has to take steps to be with their esteemed customers or with their rude and crude staff. Axis Bank will not do business for a long time in Bangalore with such primitive and crude staff. There seems to be no hierarchy at RAC in Jayanagar.All talk the same and looks the same.If some body trust this bank for a loan they will get rude shock of their lives with such crude staff.
                                  Axis Bank in one of the worst Banks in the world.They one of the worst staff working with them. They do not seem to do banking at all.They come to Bank waste their time either dilly dallying or going out frequently for the reasons best known to them.These guys do not have any direct discussion with their customers. They have DSA who act as brokers between customer and the bank. After collecting various fees DSA thugs do not attend the calls. since customers do not know whom to contact or where is the Branch is located. They do not have any time table.They take weeks to sanction loans and at the fag end they keep asking for documents. If they keep unfit staff they do not the pains business people under go and they are not like staff of Axis Bank to get paid huge salary and commission whether they work or not.

                                  Govt. or RBI should order a probe into the working of this bank as there seems to be lack of statutory controls or bank`s supervisory or superceding powers. Local boys have a good field day as no one to question them or to make them fall in line.

                                    I am Tarun Kanti Bose and on 15th January 2012, I tried to withdraw Rs. 2000 from Axis Bank ATM at Keshavpuram/Lawrence Road, New Delhi-110035. The transaction failed and a slip came out from the ATM machine saying ‘Unable to process, Failed transaction’

                                    So I left for the nearby State Bank of India ATM at Keshavpuram/Lawrence Road, New Delhi-110035 and withdrew Rs. 2000. When logged in my iconnect account to check my account transaction details. I found that Rs. 2000 from my account at Axis Bank, Keshavpuram/Lawrence Road ATM, New Delhi-110035

                                    I had only withdrawn Rs. 2000 from my Axis Bank account but not Rs. 4000. The balance has to be Rs. 6604 but not Rs.4604.
