ATTENTION ALL AXIS BANK CREDIT/DEBIT USER

The Incident on 29/03/2008 when i use this card on khber service station, moti bagh-II, Ring Road, New Delhi for payment of filling full tank on my Bike -PULSAR 150 (TANK CAPACITY 18 LTR) the ptotal bill is 750/= then i gave my GOLD Axis card to the petrol pump executive he swap one time & bill came 750/- then after 20 days statement came Rs.2304/- I shoked when statement shows Rs.750/- shows 3 times on same date, then i call customer care to mumbai then he lodge the complaint & he said we are sending you the Dispute form & I fill Dispute form & return the same By trackon courrier on 18/04/2008 but till date NO Response from Axis Bank then I Re-Call him for dispute case He told we are sending your statement plz. pay on time the refuses all charges & harresing me to pay bill at ones. One of my friend told me go to "MYRIGHTS9TO9.COM & file case against him then I Register with that company & his Legal Advocates sending Legal notice to AXIS BANK CARD MUMBAI HEAD OFFICE.

CANCELD CRIDT CARD

I am all read canceled silver plus credit card my card no [protected] Sativa agarwal & add on card [protected] Manoj kumar gupta as on app. date[protected] you’d office dehradun.

But our office 2 time bill after a/c closed with out card used. Throe phone & sms, paper bill problem oar’s staff credit card dept. No support to cast mare care dept. No support to axis bank credit card dep. dehradun 248001.

I hope you are imp. Problem shootout to me.

    Sir,

    I have Axis Bank Credit Card before 4 month and still not use but they send a Credit Card Statement and it shows overdue payment and also complaint 4 to five times to axis bank customer care but there is no response. please do needfull.

      I am holding a Home Loan account with Axis Bank.
      The Loan EMIs are deducted from my Account via Cheques every month.
      On 21st April 2008, my Cheque could not be cleared due to
      lack of funds in my Bank Account.
      On 6th May, an Executive (from AXIS Bank) visited my factory (after prior telephonic consent)
      to recieve the due amount. I paid him the amount in Cash and obtained the reciept for the payment.
      On 15th May, the previously uncleared Cheque was presented by AXIS Bank to my Bank and was cleared for the already paid amount (in Cash on 6th May).

      This totals up to 2 payments for one month (April 2008) against my Home Loan from AXIS Bank.

      This is really surprizing that AXIS can produce the same uncleared Cheque again inspite of recieving the specified month's EMI payment by Cash.

      I requested AXIS Bank Customer Care to look into this matter and revert back urgently with the reason of
      the Double Payment Clearance by such a reputed Bank like AXIS.
      Still waiting, but no reply so far.
      What if they present another cheque for the May payment??

        I'm sharing my experience with Axis bank credit card, i got this card when it was UTI bank, in between i did not receive the bills on time and i was told that there are delays since the system is getting transitioned to Axis bank. Mean time i got late fees with the bill. Durin this time i shifted to a new location and requested for an address change, it took 2 month for Axis to process and send the bill with late fees. When i sent a mail to the customer care, they informed that i should pay the outstanding amount and the whole thing will be reversed, then i made the payment and now they are refusing to reverse.So people kindly refrain from applying for Axis bank credit cards...

        Axis Bank — Fraud Billing

        Dear Sir,
        This is in reference to the credit card [protected], I had called to at the helpline number given on the statement received on 27/11/07 to check what the previous balance of Rs. 0.65 means and the Payment due date says immediate, the call was answered by Mr. Rakesh Kashikar who refused to help then the matter was escalated to Mr. Sativel (supervisor) he was also unable to solve the query, then to Mr. Inderjit Singh (Team Leader) who then escalated the call to Mr. Navin Jain (floor Manager),he was also unable to resolve the query and was very rude and raised his voice on call as well, he said you need to make the payments on the account as per the charges raised with immediate effect. I had asked him to give me the reference number for the call he refused for the same also refused to register a complaint against the previous persons I have spoken with, the duration of this call was for 1 hour 45 minutesthe call was made at 10:00PM on 28/11/07. I had asked to arrange for a call back to explain the charges raised and also arrange for a correct statement he refused for the same and disconnected the call.

        I have used this card for the first time and as per me there is no brought forward amount on the bill, also the excess charges raised on the bill other then the original transactions done by me are incorrect, hence there will be no payments made to this statement dated 15/10/2007 - 15/11/2007 till the time I receive the correct charges in black and white and compensated for the monies and time I have wasted on the call. I dispute the payments and poor customer services provided

        Axis Bank — credit card fraud

        sir i am having a jewellery shop in mumbai .On 16th of nov 2008 i had accepted a credit card of icici bank amounting rs 115300 on my edc machine of axis bank.I did the settlement with the bank on the same time n gave the jewellery to the customer.Till today i have not received the payment.On enquring i came to know tht it was a fraud card n also i was told tht i will not receive the payment.As per the bank rules i had taken all the precautionary measures such as the identity proof of the customer, verified the signature of the customer with the original id proof, the charge slip copy of the bank.Till today i have not received any feedback in writing from the bank regarding my payment.so i want to know is there any way to claim my money from the bank.Pls reply

        Credit Card — AXIS BANK FRAUD

        Hello I use AXIS BANK credit card [protected] Gold card and am using this from couple of years. Earlier i had silver card but later they upgraded to gold card when i asked them to cancel my card. Way back in september 2009i had a complaint registered with axis bank regarding the interest charge which was incorrect and since then they are just charging my card but when am escalating it to customer service agents, they dont resolve the issue and they dont respond correctly infact provide wrong information to the customer(thats me). Since then i stopped the payments towards axis bank, waiting for a reply from them but nobody will respond. I wrote an email to grievance cell and they also dont respond, if they respond they say pay the amount thats it. But nobody will gimme clarity on it. I started getting calls from collection agents and they started visiting my house with an indecent behaviour. Every body comes and say we will give u settlement option but i dont want settlement. When i explained the problem they say we will come back to u with solution and thats it. I would never see that person's face again. This is been happening from months, meanwhile this AXIS BANK reported in CIBIL about my records. It was showed under negative. Its Axis bank's mistake for not finding the solution, instead reported negatively in cibil. When i contact axis bank for the same again they say the same thing pay the amount and so as interest charges and late payment charges everything was increasing but till date no solution.. In november 09 two of the collection agents came to my place and they opened my gate and came inside without ringing the bell and when i opened the door, they demand on me. when i told them that i want a solution for this. they forcibly came in my house when nobody was there at my home, and when i told them that i will complain to police as they were not showing any of their identifications, they said do whatever u want. We want money else we will not move from here..When i was calling thi CBI dept they left my place immediately by saying if i dont pay the bill they would kill me.. This is what is AXIS BANK' service and the kind of collection tactics used by them..In between i was moving to london and i emailed them saying that am moving off and i want a solution but again the same settlement option so i informed them that i would not need settlement as this will spoil my records in cibil but still they said nothing. Now when i emailed the grievance cell and the highest escalation dept in AXIS BANK they are not bothered about the kind of behaviour shown by their collection agents but they say pay the complete amount.. Interest and late payments they made it for around 10000rs but still they do nothing..I gave them an option where in instead of going for settlement, i told them that reverse the interest charges and i will pay the rest credit limit, but they are not ready to do so.. So am not paying even a penny to axis bank rather am escalating this to womens protection cell of hyd and RBI too to get better service and support as well as resolution. Never choose AXIS BANK as its one of the biggest fraudulent company in india..Am from banking industry. I work for hsbc - hyd but we dont penalize the customers this way for the payments. I work as an Manager for hsbc so i know how this industry works, so let me see as per which banking policy is AXIS BANK right..
        some month before i taken a credit card thourgh AXIS BANK, bittan market branch, bhopal. (m.p.) my card no. is [protected] avail facility for purchase a some item than axis bank sent a statement to me &mention a intrest first day but at the time of providing a card his commitment is intrest will be charged after 45 days taken a credit. than i contact to branch but they not reply properly & also contact to custmoer care center they given a complaint no. 383610 but that time they are not inform any solution.

            Inefficiency in Services

            Hello,

            As per below email, my account is in INACTIVE state. I asked my brother to withdraw the amount which i had deposited, but he is not able to withdraw it. I request you to please activate my account.

But I have faced some difficulties in my account like some charges deducted from my a/c for health insurance, shortage charges & phone banking. But those are not intimate at the time of opening such account. About health insurance it was applied by force( comment:- If I not get the insurance then my salary account shall not be open)but after 15days it was infomed me that the insurance has deactivated.               its a worst bank to work... as my last working date was 5th of june and till today "(05th of august) i had not received my PF amount.

              This people are really bloody bluffers... after shikha Sharma joined we all thought that orgnisation might have some discipline but it was totally wrong..

              this people are not aware about the process, after my many of the reminders they have started the process and telling me that they have found some issue in my process so its delayed...

              i had given them my personal problem that my wife is pregnant and last month is going on and any time we expect baby and for the hospitalisation i need fund but they do not have any curtsy...


              they are running trust but using all our fund to make their funds double... in this market... they are worst than a government organisation..

              It is strange to read that most of the complainants have mentioned that they have not received he PF amount but have failed to mention when and how they applied for PF.
              You can simply write to [protected]@axisbank.com and you shall receive an auto-reply with the reference number.
              They shall surely guide you. I have got my PF within 20 days of application.

                    Fake card statement

                    I used to have a the then UTI Bank Credit Card which I surrenderred only after clearing the due payment & in return got the Bank Manager's signature on the Reciept letter. But still they'r sending monthly statement with no details mentioned. I wonder why they let me surrender my card & sign on the Reciept letter if I had outstanding payment !! And no body picks up their customer care phone !!...

                      I hold a joint savings account with Pitam Pura Branch of Axis Bank. The
                      account number is [protected].

                      On Mar 24, 2008, a deposit of Rs 10000 in cash was made from Rohini Sec 7
                      branch into the specified account. Also I issued a cheque for Rs 10000
                      towards premium of my insurance policy.

                      Howwver, due to the nedligence of the bank, the money was not credited
                      into the account and the cheque was subsequently returned on Mar 26, 2008.
                      When I came to know that the cheque has been returned, one of the joint

                      Axis Bank — Invalid Trade Practices followed

                      i deposited a cheque no 657424 from post office sarojani nagar new delhi on 30/03/09 by hand in the same branch and requested the desk person to verify my a/no and deposit my cheque.
                      they told it will be done.
                      on 02 april 09 they phoned your name is not matching .
                      once i personally deposited the cheque are they so busy that they can not verify the same.
                      once i applied correctly for joint account then how it got wrong entry of name?
                      means they are negligent and not caring the customer.
                      i can really very upset with banking in corporate sector bank.
                      if it continues the same this branch's future is in dark.
                      please save us from embarasing position .

                        Axis bank Worst service... no response for me...
                        Hi,

                        Axis bank customer care service is big worst.I have salaried account with this bad bank, I had applied for net banking and i got wrong iConnect pin very long bank(20 days before) but till today (7th of May) am not able to login to my account. Hence i went to axis bank and lodge a complaint two weeks back, but it is still not resolved. Also i sent a complaint mail to [protected]@axisbank.com but no response.

Then they started taking cheque requirement slip and cheque book used to come by courier from their H.O. Now when I went to give the cheque requisition slip, the staff is not accepting and stating that the request for cheque book has to be given through SMS. I have sent SMS as required but have not got any confirmation SMS from bank as to whether my request is noted/received.
                          I dont know why banks are making things difficulty for customers who have put their money in the bank .Suppose one urgently needs to give money to somebody and inspite of having sufficient funds, does not have the cheque book to enable him to use his money, what is the point in keeping the money in the bank. The procedures for this kind of small things should be customer friendly and not to make the things cumbersome and complicated. The concerned bank or RBI should do something to make the things easier for customers.

                            It was intimated with my credit card dispute application form about to close my credit card account but why the statement has again is forwarded. What is more I need to submit. The former request why has not been executed.

                            Once again I humbly request you to close down the credit card account no: ([protected] & Add card [protected]),

                            I have faced lot of trouble during the transaction with Axis bank, irregular intimation of billing report with the statement. The dealing experience of last period is not been satisfactory. So, my decision is to close the credit card account permanently.

                              I needed bank statements from AXIS bank urgently..First I went to dhole patil road branch where the middle aged lady was rude so much so that I felt I am asking something from her personal account...She asked me to come next day...only for bank statements ?...I went to deccan branch where there was another problem...I filled up the form but lady kept telling me that her printer was not working...Is it my fault ? She was not sure when she could give the statements...I travelled around 30-40 km for statements without any luck...Shame on these peoples...

                                I am Muhamed Sameeer, holding NRI A/C in Kannur Branch.Six months ago i use atm debit card with proper way.unfortunately its blocked.

                                According to official instruction i submit a request for new PIN.They charged from my account, but i couldnt get.again i submit request one week ago.

                                This is irresponsible.

                                I am Mrs.Meena Bhangre open an account in axis Bank through Bajaj Allianze .Still I have receiveid only ATM card without account No.and scecret no.Several times I sent E-mails to Axis Bank but no action has been taken now .I am utilizing the ATM card but always I remain suspecious about my balance.becouse amount.

                                2. I have applied for ATM Card more than three times and also received PIN number but failed tomy access my account causing many mishappenings which could be fatal.
                                3. The same has been informed to your head office through personal letter alongwith ackowledgement card but yet to receive any correspondence from your side please.
                                4. Could I please make a request to your good branch head office to kindly resolve my said problem, I might not be able to make any further request/compalint being a old aged person (retired).

                                2. Related branch Central Bnak of India, Barrackpore (Chiriamore).
                                3. Personal letter regarding the same has not been taken for consideration.

                                My order No. is emt-1068150 Dt. 30/01/2012. I am perched 4 items in my order & i recived only 3 items, one item shot is sun glass it's code no. is A/C 8704.
