I had applied for a credit card from Axis Bank. The card was issued to me with the assurance that no joining fee and/or annual charges will be charged from me.

Inspite of my repeated request to send my statement for verification they have repeatedly failed to do so. I've even mailed Customer service on October 22. i have recieved 2 sms's about the credit card that i applied for, Its dispatched and asked me to contact the courier services i[censored]ndelivered with in 72 hrs...

Axis bank customer care service is THE WORST, they dont respond to any of the queries and provide invalid information.
All the phone numbers provided on their site are invalid and if we visit the branch, staff is too rude and not ready to serve their customers.
They dont even post any bank statements reguralry even if we pay for the service.

If you want to escape from all such problems i will advise not to choose...

I had complaint about axis bank.Over the period of 1 year i sent request for check book in many ways ( ATM request, Internet banking request, Filling up the form in branch also ).
