The amount of Rs 1899 was deducted without any reason and no resolution happened even after calling customer care for a long time. also visited the branch but there was no action. The amount was deducted stating a reason one asset service which I have no idea about. And now the company is not even refunding the amount even after several complaints.

    This complaint is against cashier of axis bank at railway road branch kurukshetra, haryana.

    I mandeep singh waited for 10 mins at cash counter around 2 pm when cashier was not available at the counter, some other employee told me he was on lunch. (Though there is no such process to keep cash counter shut for lunch during working hours still i ignored and waited). After few minutes cashier came and started to attend a person who was way behind my number in the queue. Though i and others were not comfortable but the kind of bonding cashier shown with that person seemed someone from family. Still i kept patience. When my turn came i told cashier to run hands bit faster like earlier as i was already late due to lunch and his favorism to person behind me. On that cashier started giving excuses and started talking rough. Still due to hurry i insisted him to handover me my cash but he gave me small currency on which i insisted to give bigger currency notes. But he refused and started yelling like ' good if you take these notes otherwise you can shut your bank account and i'll make you throw out of bank by calling security. He said i am from a rich background and will see if i uttered a single word.
    I tried to complain the manager but he was not in office.
    All this incident is captured in cctvs and i am sure anyone interested in taking any action on this complaint can thoroughly check the gestures and expressions during the incident.

    Though cashier misbehavior complaints are often at banks but this kind of dadagiri to threaten customer and misbehaving someone in front of staff and other customers. I tried complaining on helpline of axis bank but it turned out of no use as they apologized and asked me to simply mail the manager but i want top management to listen if possible.

      I, swasti mnila sinha, a saving account holder at axis bank, bokaro branch, near naya mode. My ac/ no is*86873. My customer id is[protected]. On 18 jan 2018, rs 885 was deducted from my account as debit card charges of my previous card. My card was expired in september 2018 and the amount is deducted now, without any clarification previously. On query with customer care, they said my account is savings ac/ and my card was priority card, so they deducted money.
      I had not opted for priority debit card, neither had any information regarding the charges levied on debit card.
      I was priority customer few years back. Unknowingly they transferred me to savings account customer. Also no one told me about the difference between the saving and priority debit card charges.
      I have been a sincere customer of your bank, having account for more than 10 years.

        Hope you are understood my problem.

        Message at 04:03pm -
        Hello! Your a/c no. 876360 has been debited by rs. 118 on 05/feb/19. The a/c balance is rs. 93785.70. Info: sign. Verf. Chrgs mandate regst/ stop. Call [protected] (If in india) if you have not done this transaction.

        I don't think i have issued any such mandate.
        Could you please help me to understand what is going on? And if it's a fake something could you please stop it immediately?
        And also i want my money back.

        Credit card limit is low and paytm limit also low credit agent cheated me without telling me the credit limit of they told me that limit I would not have taken the card bloody nonsense service.i wanted to take action against the person who cheated me and customer care also did not tell me the card limit.such bloody service and nonsense people

        yes, such a bloody service only. Just charge customers unneccarily without even informing for debit card aswell.

          Hello team
          Their is one person who visited my house in ahmedabad and told my tenants that if i dont pay the due amount he will seal my house. And he the number which he gave to security was wrong number

          Also he misbehaved with my tenants and was talking rude
          I have hardly 4-5k outstanding in my credit card.

          On what basis did he gave all this warning.

          Also i did get call from agent on my new number [protected]. And they update me with payment status as my old number is not in use anymore now
          Old number on which my cc is registered is [protected]

          This behaving with customers is not expected.

            I have a account with axis bank bhilwara branch.
            This branch employee mr bhupander bhatnagar does not have any manners to talk with coustmers. I forget my precious pen on his desk i informed him on phone about this. He agree that he find my pen. But when i reached bank to collect my pen his behavious was so rough and manners less. He shouted on me and asked me to tie my pen in my neck.

            On 24 jan i made upi transaction using phonepe to transfer an amount 5700/- to my own sbi account.

            The money was credited to sbi account but due to any technical reasons the transaction was reversed on same date but my axis account is credited with the same.

              Last two years back l get agri loan from axis bank pattukkottai branch, last year 15/11/2018 due to gaja cyclone affected my all property (Land and home), in my all property will insured when i take agri loan from axis bank, every year without my knowledge renew the crop insurance premium, for past 45 days i visited my near axis bank to claim my insurance amount they are not responding, nearly two month gone, i can't get any information from the bank, kindly request to consider my request and take action to get insurance amount as soon as possible..

              After summit my complaint, still i cant get any response, One more important message they are detect to much charge from my account, still my complaint not solve...
              On 30/01/2019 i used my axis debit card to withdraw rs.5000 from a sbi atm. But the transaction got failed by showing a message "destination not found". But after 5 minutes i received a message from axis bank that rs.5000 got debited.Till now the money isn't credited.Please do the needful asap.

                I had upgraded my credit card from my zone credit cards to buzz card. I was mentioned that the annual charge for my zone credit card will get waived off and new buzz credit card annual fee is 700+gst. But before the buzz card even reached me, my axis bank app started showing annual fee +late fine.
                How come the late fine is valid if i was asked i will get 45 days time for paying the annual fee of buzz credit card.
                I shall get the late fine waived off as per the discussions held with your employee.

                  I amsantosh kumar from chatra. I am doing my transition for last 5 years in your axis bank but till now rahul kumar is posted in axis bank main branch chatra pin code 825401, which is headed by assistant manager chatra, whose very bad behavior is due to my 10 accounts which is almost 70lac to 1cor.in a month transection i have to close. Let me tell you for information that rahul kumar has threatened to close my account. So i urge you to do it soon

                    I want to surrender my credit card no. [protected]. Hopeless services by axis bank and non justifiable charges. Despite of complaining several times, bank still asking money in various forms like policy money, annual charges, other charges etc. Even employees of axis bank are also misbehaving, misguiding and not cooperating. Another headache is customer care also not responding. Really fed up of disgusting services.

                      What a fraudulent phone calls from axis bank Requested me to press 1 and after pressing it my a/c balance has been deducted 1899 in the name of one assist services ...why u deduct money from your customer illegally stop doing such a fraudulent act. Don't make the customers ### otherwise you will loss your business. You have no rights to deduct money from your customer without permission from the customer. Refund the money immediately

                          I have made a IMPS transaction today, it shows the status as suspect.
                          What is meaning for this status?
                          Is the transaction is pending or canceled ?
                          There is no money debited from my account.

                          This is the first time, i got this kind of status.

                          May I know why this is happened ?

                          Kindly solve this issue ASAP.

                          Dear sir,
                          I had given documents for joint account in axis bank since 19 th January but till date my name was not joint in that account
                          This is very poor system

                            I have created axis asap account through my mobile, by submitting all the necessary documents like aadhar, pan card, mobile number etc. My account got working on the first day and i was supposed to pay rs. 350/- for physical debit card., i've paid that amount from my another bank account, all went fine. But, the next day, while i'm trying to check the axis bank account for transaction statements, there i found my account has been closed, showing this message im the transaction page "account closure proceed to dd acct". I have called via telephone to my nearest axis bank. They just can't be able to check what gone wrong with my account, they told you just come on the next working day to get the 350/- rupees dd. But, what i want is an axis asap account, they are unable to help at that moment. Then i just called axis head office maharashtra but the call gets disconnected regularly. I lost my hope on this banking with axis. Atleast they should have given a proper reason for closure. Ps. I thought that, axis was good at internet transactions, but now i'm done

                            Yes, they do this, such a ----. They might not have found way to scam you take money, so they might have closed. They don't have courtesy to even tell reason for closure, same thing happened with me( acnt which was active for more than 4 yrs, suddenly they closed and couldn't even provide a reason). we must all take this up and fight against.

                            Why u close my account when i provide all my kyc
                            and where is my money which i was deposited ????
                            Cheap Banking service kotak is much better then your axis bank they never did any type of fraud with me

                            Return my money as soon as possbile
                            Yesterday on dated 29th April, 2019 I have opened an AXIS ASAP bank account through online form filling and providing my ADHAAR and PAN details. I have also deposited Rs.1000.00 in this newly created account. My customer id is[protected].

                            Now, today dated 30th April, 2019 I suddenly received a sms from the bank as "Your A/c 710XX0 is debited by Rs.1000 on 30Apr19. Avbl Bal :Rs.0. Info : Account closure proceeds to DD Acct."

                            Please note I did not given any consent for account closure. Kindly look ito the issue on an urgent basis and refund the money or reopen my account.

                            Hi,

                            I had opened an Axis ASAP account on 18th April and had submitted all documents, pan, aadhar as well. I had also deposited 11k to be eligible for the welcome offer. On 19th April, I received a message saying that ' Your A/c xxxxxx is debited by Rs. 11000.00 on 19Apr19. Avbl Bal: Rs 0. Info:Account Closure Proceeds to DD acct. Call [protected] for dispute' indicating that my account had been closed without my permission. I called the mentioned customer care number asking the reason for the account closure and they could neither tell me why the account was closed nor why I haven't received the deposited Rs. 11k back yet. I have an Axis Priority account for the last 3 years and am very disappointed by such negligence on the part of the bank. Even the assigned Priority RM has no clue and asked me to check with the branch. Till date I have neither received the DD nor the reason for the account closure. Earlier there used to be a separate email for addressing customer complaints. The new online grievance submission system is a joke as it has only predefined complaints that you can submit. Kindly look ito the issue on an urgent basis and refund the money or reopen my account.
                            They charged for new card after unnecessarily closing my account and forcing a new card on me.
                            Also, there was a story provided to me about international transaction for providing the new card, which i never got a proof for, if anyone check through, all my transactions in account had always been local only, even though the card says "INTERNATIONAL DEBIT CARD" on the card itself, amount stating GST is deducted from my account still, and i should be paying for the services which is never rendered to me, which is the whole point of "GST".

                            i opened my account through online procedure i submitted every document asked but and i was asked to add 1000 rs and it was added after that when i was trying to do any transaction it shows account doesn't exist.. i almost spend 100rs of my balance for contacting customer care but no one picks up the call.. after many trails some one picked up and they told to wait for 2 days for activation of account and today i received message and it was written that my 1000 rs is debited (to where i don't know) and account proceeds to closure procedure.. i tried calling customer care but no one picks up... please help.. now banks are also involved in online fraud i was not knowing that..

                            I opened my account through axis asap by using Aadhar and pan and deposited rs 5200 in it but when I logged in to net banking and when I tried to transfer money it says your account is freezed or blocked and when I called their customer care they just told to wait for 4 working days on 3rd day I received I message of account closure and rs 5200 debited to acc. Closure DD then I called customer care but they said to wait for 10 days to receive your DD to your address I m still waiting from 10 days but I have received nothing and even they have no explanation why they had closed my account poor bank poor service

                            Now, today dated 01 July, 2019 I suddenly received a sms from the bank as "Your A/c xxxxxx is debited by Rs.1000 on 01 July19. Avbl Bal :Rs.0. Info : Account closure proceeds to DD Acct."

                            I created a new Axis ASAP account yesterday, the account ends with 235565, I deposited Rs.1000/- though m other bank account, and now I get this sms in the morning that Your A/c 235565 is debited by Rs.1000 on 11Jul19 Avbl Bal: Rs.0. Info Account closure proceeds to DD Acct.

                            What is the reason for the closure? I gave my PAN/Aadhaar/eKyc.???

                            My ASAP axis account was inoperative state due to KYC not completed .Now i am submitted KYC through online, but still my account is not active. Please tell me how can i Reactivate it
                            May 26th 2019 i opened axis asap account i had provided my kyc online, i was told to provide kyc in local axis bank branch for which i had a time of 1 year to do so but on[protected] rs 1534.81 was deducted from my account with the following message Your A/c 964930 is debited by Rs. 1534.81 on 28Apr20. Avbl Bal: Rs. 0. Info: ASAP Anniversary Closure - KYC not compl. Call [protected] for dispute, i clearly have abt 20 more days to show kyc physically in bank, but why was my account closed before that

                                I have made full payment of my outstanding on 1st sept-18 as per the credit card statement generated on 10.08.2018. At the same time, this outstanding was converted into 6 months emi which i slipped to foreclose.

                                Incidentally on 8th aug-18, i had some information of fraudulent transaction through my credit card of rs 9999/- for which i approached to bank for blocking my card with immediate effect. Card was blocked but as per bank, transaction of rs 9999/- had been made by a fraud.

                                Now i am getting statement from bank to pay emi interest and additional payment of rs 9999/- which is actually a fraud transaction.

                                Rs 3322.03 had been debited from my axis bank account through auto debit facility.

                                I request you to please write off the emi interest as well as fraud transaction amount of rs 9999/-

                                  The bank is fooling around the customer by not mentioning the additional charges even after continuously asking for the same.
                                  The bank has also deducted the money from my saving account linked with my credit card stating that the bill is not paid even though the bill was paid well in advance before the due date.
                                  The bank had once in past, deducted the money for failed transaction after 12hrs the failure of transaction and also they refused the request to block the card at that time, saying they cant block the card.
                                  The bank is just fooling the people on extremely high level.

                                  Below is the message of the deduction from the bank and attached image of the bill paid well before the due date.

                                  "hello! Your a/c no 20*7 has been debited by rs 4671/-on[protected]. The a/c balance is rs 284/-.

                                  You can clearly find that the transaction is successful even after that they deducted the amount.

                                  Today on insisting them for blocking the card they say that if you block teh card you may not receive the deducted amount.

                                  I request you take a strict action against the bank so that they donot fool the poor and innocent people around

                                  ATM card is not removed from the machine. And no one is responding my call properly. And also transaction is not done.
                                  I don't need one assist plan,
                                  So how I deactivate and cancel this plan,
                                  Without my permission 1899/- debited from my account.
                                  I have paid my credit card dues on time and today morning I have got a message saying that "INR ***.** debited from A/C no. XXXXXX on[protected]:46:37". Are you making us fool @Axis bank.

                                      On jan 24 2019 an amount of rs 1151 was deducted form my account due to failed transision and i immidately call the customer care and was informed that the merchant has not recived the amount and the same amount will be refunded back but today i have seen the ststement that the amount has been deducted from my account when i spoke to customer care thy have said me that the merchant has claimed the amount plz revert me back to [protected]@gmail.com to proceed with the further information as i am not able to get any needful information from customer care

                                        I am ranjit vijaykumar yadav. I have an current account with axis bank. Current account number [protected]. I had requested the branch to close this account. I fully paid the fine on date 13 october 2017. After paying this amount they gave me acknowledgment of receipt. All the documents and checks of this account were taken. All the documents and checks in the account were torn in front of me. Bank employees closed my account. After that i would not have to pay any penalty. So he told me. But in a few days, i received a message from the bank.in that message, the penalty is rs. 26148. And this is increasing day by day. I am having a lot of mental pain

                                        The branch officer, however, has been giving an idea of the situation but he ignoring it. Your account will be closed in march. It's being told.
