My name is swapnil sunil shivalkar... I had a/c in axis bank of youth a/c... My a/c number is [protected]my Customer id number[protected]my Atm number is [protected]when I open this a/c i had told that u r a/c is youth a/c... It can be opened At... Zero a/c... Still i had paid rs 100... When depositing my Cash... I had secured that money is safe in axis bank... Everyday I m reciving the statments... I had kept safe that statments... First Of all my mobile number has not updated by axis new mobile nuber... Today Means 23/03/2015... I m withdrawing my money from my axis a/c... From Other atm branch... It is not removing... Only i had recived 5 Slip... When i m checked my a/c balance it is showing rs 1433... Imy Branch is at parel... But i can"t able to go through bank... So I immediately call helpline [protected]... I had spoken through one Lady executior... First of all my call was connected after m Ins... Total duration of my call is 33 minute... Thta lady Executior told me that u had benn charged 3 times 349 for new atm issued... I told her that when time of opeing my axis a/c... I had recived Only my atm card... I had never apply for new atm card... She accepted That it has wrongly debited from my a/c... I m requesting To axis bank... Plz refund my 1433 balance which was wrongly debited from My a/c... For issuing new atm debit card... Plz check my debit card Number which was provided to me at the time of issues... I had provided Atm 19 digit number... Plz help me my mobile number is [protected]

i had recived call from axis bank account manager team from head office pune...his number is [protected]...his name is manoj...he told me that what exactly matter has happen...i told him the whole matter...then later he asked me all bank details i had provided him ...then he told me that...plz check balance after half an hour then i had checked in atm yesterday means sunday...the bslsnce was not get to me...then i had called axis account manager...he told me then cheked next day tommrow at 10.00 am...jut circumlating me...i m totall fedup from all executive of axis bank

    While Issuing the credit card they committed there is no extra charges annually till life time. Then only I accepted the card. And now they are asking me to pay for it. When I denied for the same. Now there things are completely changed. and they are asking me to pay for this.

    See first of all I don't know the is my zone or any other zone and features also i have not used it even the above mentioned features never gave me any benefits. All this things are secondary for me at this point of time. My concern is only that the charges which is applicable was clearly told by the company people clearly. that there is no charges for the lifetime. And i confirmed it twice not even once. That is why i accepted the card other wise i would have denied immediately. As there is no chance that i am going to pay the amount you people is adding interest over interest. This is not fare. I very much sure regarding the same. So You just write off all the amount. other wise I have to take help of LOW against the co.This is final from My end. Again I am Telling you Twice I have confirmed them only I accepted Otherwise I would have not accepted it.

      Hi I am Vibin Joseph, My Account No: [protected]. I am an active user of axis bank mobile apps. I used to carry out recharge to myself and family using this app. Recently when I done three transaction like one is Rs 135, another Rs 135 and Rs 98 for a mobile number, I got a message saying sorry and I didn’t get any of the above recharge to the mobile. But when I checked my account, the account deducted money for all the three failed transaction. This happened to me before and I waited thinking that it will get credited to my account but not happened.Let me know why Rs 368 (135 + 135 + 98 ) is deducted for all the three failed transaction of mobile recharge. Please let me know regarding this with priority.

        Hi, This is Maaz from Bitwise global solutions. I went to Axis bank Baner branch pune. I wanted to have account statement of 6 months. First of all the bank officer has made me to wait half an hour to get the statement. letter he was telling it would take again half an hour. when I asked the reson for an excuse he has not given me the answer instead behaving weird, not talking properly. Even I left the branch as my query unresolved.

My name is Shubhankar Chitranshi used axis bank's credit card.1st they called my friends and asking for money instead of calling me . second they are sendnig recovery agents to my place and they are threatening me misbehaving with me and saying that they are gonna take my belongings out of my house .             I got a call yesterday from Axis bank agent name was dev. He said I am calling from J3 vikaspuri new delhi. He threaten me that He would gonna spoil my life. This is my bad that I used Axis Bank's product . AXIS BANK IS THE WORST BANK. I have already send compalints to their people they are sending me massage that they'll invistigate about that and thier people are keep threatening me.
            I have send an email to nodal officer as well but still its unresolved keep on getting calls from axis bank and their dsa. still they are threatening me that they'll ask my parents and landlord for money. I am completly stressed already send email to thier athourties but still they are unable to stop thier recovery agents to come to my house and making me annoyed and voilating all the laws and guidlines of RBI.

              Respected sir, kindly note that we opened the above account in your bank with zero balance and we use this account since last 5 years with zero balance only. But, from last 5 month your bank is debiting a huge amount of Rs. 1000 per month as minimum balance charges without even giving any notice. We use this account for e payment of income tax purpose only . Other than that there is no use of this account for us. So why the bank is debiting a huge amount like Rs. 1000 per month? Even without given any notice? So if bank don't credit this amount in our account than there would not be any way for us other than taking steps according to rule of RBI under consumer protection act thank you. sanjay raithatha

                Hi, For the last few days, I have got lot of calls from AXIS BANK and saying like my credit card payment is not paid properly as i am sure about my pending bill and i have a proofs but Axis bank people were telling like if you wont pay the bill by EOD of the day your amount will be double and you need to pay the same.                   MA ATM WAS MISSED, 3 MONTHS BEFORE I WENT TO AXIS BANK AT FAZILKA BRANCH FILL MY FORM FOR RE ISSUE ATM SINCE 3 MONTHS BEFORE. THEY SUBMIT MY FORM AND TOLD ME THAT ATM WILL BE RECIEVE AT MY HOME. BUT I DIDNT RECIEVE MY ATM YET, I WENT TO AXIS BANK 4 TO 5 TIMES, BUT NOBODY CARES, THERE IS AN EMPLOYEE RUHI TANWAR AND AN EMPLOYEE SOURAV SETIA, I MET THEM REGARDING MY ATM. I GAVE THEM MY PASPORT SIZE SNAPS. THEY MISSED MY FORM AND ALSO MY SNAPS. AND NOW NO ONE READY TO HEAR MY PROBLEM. I AM SO FRUSTRATED FORM AXIS BANK SERVICE. PLEASE HELP ME.

                      I have a current account in axis bank with green park branch and on 25th feb 2015 I had deposited a cash of rs 10000 in vasant kunj branch and to my surprise when I recd. A statement I found out rs. 146.12 deducted from my account. Next day i went to green park branch for clarification they told me if I deposit cash in any other branch the charges apply. is this the way of growing ur business. from time to time u keep on changing ur rules for ur benefit. There must be some limit of transcations for this.

                          Having account in axis bank in Bhiwadi (Bhagat singh Colony) and m working in Bangalore i have taken a home loan from LIC HFL.. The loan company want AXIS BANK seal and signature on ECS form i sent a sigend format to Home branch but they say that i have to present in home i said i am in army and currently posted in Bangalore how can i come? they said that i can visit nearest branch i went to nearest branch which is at RT Nagar here Branch Manager denied me for ECS.. he said for loan stuff i have to went home branch. i said why is it my mistake that i have loan from LIC or i have Bank Account in AXIS he doesn't have any answer for this he said u can close ur account. Is this the service they provide..????? IS this their customer supportive services...??? i called to customer care too but they also failed to serve me better... Can any one help me whats my fault???? My account no. is[protected]...

                              Sir/Mam,

                              This is to bring to you notice that I visited you Axis bank branch located near Devagowda petrol bunk branch couple of time some 3 months before to link my LPG HP Gas ( consumer#660267 )

                              Your representative have update all required info in the system and said that it ll bee update in 2 to 3 week's of time

                              When I went to my Gas agency they say it is not linked to you bank account.

                              Again I went to the same Axis Bank branch when enquired about the same they said that it is not there was an error that day so they could not update and ll do and will reflect soon.

                              Now you tell me sir/madam a person working in private sector will have time to visit the branch office frequenty to remind them the duties.

                              Please help me resolving my concern.

                                Hi, I provided all documents but recently i tried to deposit the check, During the last minute they told your account is freezed. then again i provided the document in HSR Layout on 11 March 2015. but still account in same condition only. I called customer care and dropped several mails. customer executive is not ready to raise a concern itself. I have recorded call if you want ill provide the same. pls reactivate my account

                                    Our company have opened staff salary account with zero balance in dec- 2014.
                                    Your representative told us that no dmat charges or any other charges will deductd from our saving account.

                                    After opening the account as soon as our salary has credited in account rs. 277.00 on 03.02.2015 and rs. 222.00 on 02.03.2015.

                                    Kindly look in the matter and credit rs. 499.00 in my aforesaid salary account and oblige

                                      Dear Sir, I Mr Dilip J Parmar I was using Axis Bank Credit Card No, [protected], On Date 26-8-14 at afternoon time I Receive msg that following trasntion had done from your A/C 1) Amazon Seller Service fro Rs 3025/- 2) Paytm for Rs1000/- 3) Paytm for 4000/- 4) Vector E Commerce For Rs 16494/- As soon as I receive this msg I call credit card dep. And ask for the same and also Block my Card I also Email Dispute form and also send letter that i have not done Payment and stop this online payment material. But reply come from Credit Card Dep. That I have made payment and I have to pay for that. They also say that if you don't pay bill your CIBIL Score will be Spoil. Please see in this matter as soon as possible

                                        I've My choice credit card from axis bank and I've enabled auto debit system from my account. At the time of deduction there was no sufficient balance to pay my credit card bill. Credit card bill was Rs. 1700 only and they have charged me extra Rs. 800 penalty to pay this amount after 4 days. Auto debit system not deduct minimum amount to save me from this big panelty. I don't know how this system is work.
                                        Axis Bank customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
