[Resolved]  Axis Bank — not received fastag

I have applied for the fastag from axis bank fastag portal. I have already paid all the charged but i didn't get any response from axis bank. I have just received customer id & wallet id but the physical fastag is not received from bank and their customer service number is also not reachable. They should provide a tracking number or sms which clarify the current status of fastag.

I have a salary account and was not using since one year. the negative balance was accumulated without any intimation or any knowledge to me. Unknowingly i credited some amount in the account and it was not usable as all the services to me were denied and showing the balance was negative. i deeply regret for having an account in axis bank.

I am facing same issue.Still i didn't receive my fast tag.
I am facing the same issue. Applied for Axis Bank FASTag on Nov 26. Till today (Dec 10) not received the tag.
Customer care number[protected] is fake. It doesn’t work.

Looks like Axis Bank is a fraud company.

I want my money back immediately with compensation.

Axis Bank is unfit to operate in India. RBI should close it down.

Its been a month now since I applied for a fastag on Axis Bank but till now not received the same. Contacted customer care several times & get the same response that it will be delivered in 2-3 days.

Being a customer of Axis Bank its really the worst case scenario for me. Really feel bad to be associated with your bank.

There is no any tracking system for fastag.
My customer id[protected]. My account was debited for Rs 400 on 12 Dec 2019.All I got was wallet id. The promise was a home delivered fastag within a week. As on 3rd Jan 2020, status is unknown. No one is reachable.The toll free number keeps me waiting endlessly. Mails elicit no response. Have requested to reverse the debited amount back to my account and be done with. However there is no response. Is there no one accountable? Nothing can be more traumatic. I regret that I went through Axis Bank. Other Banks such as ICICI Bank give it very fast. Fastags are being distributed via many channels effectively. WILL AXIS BANK concerned Managers wake up and reply?
I am Axis Bank customer since 2010, till date I was happy with Axis banking services, but in case of FasTag axis can be ranked from the lowest, NO APP and NO CUSTOMER CARE for this, you can only receive reply through mails in 15 - 20 days minimum.
I also ordered fastag on 1st Feb. No tracking is available. What a fraud bank it is??
I APPLIED FAST TAG ON 20TH OF JANUARY THROUGH AXIS BANK AND TILL DATE I HAVE NOT RECEIVED

I had applied for a fastag on March 2, they debited Rs.400 but I have still not received it. The customer care representative states that there is no information about the vehicle I have applied for.
Axis Bank should keep a proper track of the same, after debiting the money they say there is no information. How irresponsible.
