Credit card fraud happens of rs16005/- on 5th nov 2015 at mid night. On same time credit card was with me & i have not share credit card details to anyone. During fraud time, i have not received any message on mobile from your end. On next day i have received call from axis bank | financial crime management department that your card has been blocked due to unaccepted transaction happen on my card. So after that i have submitted dispute form along with police complaint details to axis bank during same period.
I have logged complaint on customer care & also visited to nearest axis branch but nobody support me.

On 11th may 2016 i have observed that my saving account goes in mines of rs - 22316.91 & deducted 2, 400 rs. Nobody from bank had intimated before for amount deduction. I have not linked credit card for auto deduction of money from my saving account. I contacted to brach customer care but no positive response.

This is totally metal harassment & due to this case my routine life got disturb. Please support me to resolve this case.

I've withdrew Rs. 1500 dated 10th May, 2016 around about 10:30 am from axis bank atm card using hdfc bank atm at satellite area, Ahmedabad.. But money didn't came and I got message from axis bank for the debit I did. I've coordinated with hdfc bank they axis bank will take care of the issue.

Dear sir /madam,
I am communicating with your department since 22nd June 2017 for credit card fraud case on [protected]@axisbank.com, customer.[protected]@axisbank.com, [protected]@axisbank.com.Also I have regularly contact your department on [protected] to get updates of this case. Since I have communicated first through mail I kept calling and asking is anything needed from my side. And they keep saying the department will contact you I don't have to do anything. They received everything from my side. You can also check your tephonic records for this. And today when I called up to ask the status your people are saying they didn't receive anything and the case is closed and reason mentioned over there is non receipt of documents from my side...!!
I have also made an application to Pune Police they are also trying to contact you. They send your department so many mails but you guys are not even responding to their mail as well. if you are opting for emailing service then please give the efficient service. I haven't received one single mail for demanding documents. Your official send me blank dispute form on 21st June 2017 on my request. Can't your staff send me one single mail before closing this case. Before closing my case your department haven't even bothered to check my mails and at least giving me an opportunity of being heard on top of it shamelessly your department is mentioning that I haven't submitted you the documents..!!! If you can send me the credit card bill then can't you send me the status of my case by mail. I have completed each and every formality from my side.

P. S : whatever I am saying about the status of my case, I collect this information after contacting your department.Neither I received any mail nor I received any letter which can give me the current status of my complaint.

Kindly do the needful. Expecting a positive reply from your side at earliest.

This is totally metal harassment & due to this case my routine life got disturb. Please support me to resolve this case.
I redeemed 10000 axis bank's edge reward points on 4th October, 2018. After successful redemption of 10000 edge rewards point, I got amazon voucher worth 2000. After some days i was checking my credit card transactions, then i saw 10000 debit transaction and it happens on same day and same time of redemption of axis edge reward points.

I don't know why this happened. Please resolve it as soon as possible because i haven't made such transaction from my credit card of 10000 rs. Please help.

I tried many website to register regarding this but failed.

    Hi axis credit card team,

    I am shailendra bhaskar and i started using axis bank credit card-[protected].
    Actually, one of your employee ms. Parul [protected] (Vaishali, ghaziabad branch)- suggested me neo card and told me ample of offers.

    Well on 07/05/16, i used card on petrol pump and then on 11/05/16 again on petrol pump.
    But on 11/05/16, i received a sma on my mobile that inr 500 spent on 11-may-16 at ruchika service st. Avbl lmt :rs. 48985.69.

    I did not get the sms and today (12/05/16) called to parul and asked for the same that i spent only rs. 1000 total but why balance in low than rs 1000. Then she said that in my statement all extra amount will be waived off and i'll get 5 % discount more. I asked how come then she said that she will call me again with her senior.

    Now, parul called from her number but ms. Priya was there as senior of parul.
    She is one of the dumb and stupid character which i ever talked. I do not know how you guys recruit her. She do not know anything even blaming parul for her fake commitments also. And suggesting me that pay your money and block your card, i do not care.

    I do not know what is going with me and is your sales team made me fool or what?
    Because in starting according to parul, axis bank offering me ample discount but when actually i used card, you guys are charging according to your wish or your sales team committed me fraud or fake lines.

    I just want to know or ask, on spent of rs 500 at petrol pump why you deducted rs. 15.61 from my balance, when your sales team offered me 5% discount.

    Also what is my bill cycle? Where is 50 days grace period and all, every thing.

    You know what, your sales team do not know what is bill cycle also?
    What the crap? What kind of training you are giving to your sales team.
    They do not have 5% knowledge of anything, only they are female and they are using their gender for sale purpose.

    I want strict action on this and as i am your old customer and your sales team did wrong commitment then i will not pay extra amount on this transactions.

    Looking for the earliest response or i'll take some serious action, may i will involve police in this.

      Dear sir,
      I have to reset my security question. Because my internet banking is not working in my office they are asking some security question that i forget the answer. So i read in the website of axis bank to reset security question. I go to new ashok nagar block a axis bank atm for reset question but i can't reset the question. We got a message on screen we can not process the request. After that i cancelled the functionality of atm (Reset security question). At that time there was no transaction made both the atm's. The time is 20:05. So i go to another atm which is from icici. It's hardly distance half km. I just walk by foot. I check in icici atm i saw i have only rs 254.00 in my account. While it was rs. 19254.00. A transaction is made in 20:06:49 of rs. 19000/- which i have not made because axis bank atm is not working. Bank not supported to find out how transaction is made. I think there are a scam who made a false transaction which have enough knowledge of bank atm. They knew the system fault. I also go to axis bank preet vihar branch office staff told to me these type of case always happen in this area's. But bank doesn't take the things seriously.         Without my permission some amount getting debited from my account, It is mentioned in the statement like TIP/SCG.VISA.POS.DT 080516. If I ask customer care they say if I use my debit card in hotel or some shopping it will be charged. Am using salary account and what is the use it, why you guys charge me for using debit card. The restaurant or super market or where ever we swipe they charge 2 percent for using card, the merchant will pay the bank some percentage and why the hell you guys charging from us too. you guys charging all sort of sevice charge, atm usage charge, quarterly charge etc etc from use without fail, including all this charge this hidden changers.

        If this is your process alert us through sms u will be charged certain amount since you swipped with this merchant, you guys correctly charging 15 rs for sms right the what is the pain for you to alert a customer. If we repay loan or cc bill you guys keep on msging right why can't do this .

        I need a proper response for this and i need my money back till now which is debited.

          If the amount is not withdrawn by beneficiary from ATM within 14 days from the date of transaction the amount will be reversed into sender's account on T14, ie., transaction date 14 days, post expiry of the transaction. We request you to allow us the stipulated time frame.

            branch area bapunagar and name of the person
            manishbhai alpesh and parmil but he is no give a good resoonse and last three week they are told me just give a week but after week he dont give me answer and completed the 6 to 8 week but they are not give me a any responce for account

              Dear sir,
              Im operating my saving account in axis bank from last 10 year,
              I have persinal loan in hdfc bank before 5 months and my repayment goes from axis bank saving account. Axis bank rejected my ecs mandate without reason in this month after deduction of 4 emi without informing me.
              I have make frequent time call to shikrapur, pune, axis bank hime branch but they are not attending the call.
              Really surprising for this type of services for premium customer.

              I am also facing same issue even after maintaining accounts for many years, ECS mandate charges are deducted by bank however actual payment deduction was not allowed by bank and same was not even checked/communicated/informed to me anytime.

              The worth part is whenever I called at customer care no. [protected], people picking up the call do not even know the meaning of ECS.

                I have a problem triggered with my savings bank account. I have
                Applied for sbi po's online using my axis bank debit card. Once it
                Showed the transaction as failure but the amount of rs.605.15 is
                Deducted from my account. When i tried for second time the transaction
                Was success and again amount of rs.605.15 is deducted. How can i get
                My money back because i have applied only for 1 time but the balance

                  Respected sir/madam with online I send message for my dad for loan you all contact my dad and collect all personal details and u told dad to contact axis bank ballia branch my dad gone there and personally talk with branch manager he clearly told no loan given for pensioner and showed a rude behaviour with my dad ex army staff pl check and take an appropriate action against the branch manager thanking you.

                    Dear sir/madam,

                    I requested axis bank to update my mobile number for mobile banking & internet banking on 14th of april 2016. Just to let you know one more thing that i am not in india currently so i mailed the customer care.

                    Axis bank customer care suggested me to fill crf and send it back to the my branch's( 233, 2nd main, between 15th and 16th cross, sampige road, malleswaram) email id i.E.: malleswaram.[protected]@axisbank.com, with other proof like passport and visa. And they told that it will be done within two working days.

                    I sent all the required documents with crf on same day i.E.: 14th of april 2016 and still waiting.

                    For me they are just useless and they don't care about their customer requirements and comforts. I would not do any transaction using this account.

                      I had transferred an amount of Rs 15000/- to another account on April 30th (Saturday). Due to some reasons, the transaction was not successful, but the amount was deducted from the account. When i called the customer service, they informed that the amount would be refunded withing 2 working days.
                      I also have a mail from the customer service stating that the amount would be refunded.
                      Its been 3 days, the amount has not be returned. When called the customer service, they are stating that they would raise a Complaint and then put the call on hold for another 10mins. No response received from them yet.

                        I am SBI customer but i have withdrawl the money Axis Bank ATM 10000/- ATM no withdrawl the money but deduct my account.i have complain to sbi care but, he told me your complain is resolve the branch.

In the month of April 2016 i have been wrongly charged with late payment fees and interest on it in spite of their own statement showing that payment has been received on due date. I wrote them about 22 mail from 01.05.16 to 03.05.16 but no satisfactory reply from their side. When i had asked them about banking ombudsman email id and contact details i have been denied the information. I request you to help me in this regards.

                            From almost one month I am putting mail to axis bank team on my issue that the money debited twice from my debit account while making payment to merchant.
                            Provided merchant bill copy proof also, still no one is bothered to call ..
                            they just sending me copy pasted formatted replies.

                            reference number 21603005, Even I have submitted the void statement., still the picture is not clear, when I will get my money back.Please arrange call back from the senior.As I am also business development head of one of the stock market advisory, But we always make target that query should solved within 10 days, this called service industry.
                            Even Same issue had with me from SBI also couple of year ago, but it solved in 15 days.
                            So Axis is Private bank, still why taking so much time to resolve, then ???

                            See I have open accounts with you on acceptation of that I will get instant service in private bank, but sorry to say by this matter I am disappointed by Axis brand name.

                              Axis bank collection team worst behavior in handling customer.. We informed clearly about the status of current loan account and informed the valid reason to the loan team of the main branch.. But still we are receiving lot of calls from multiple nos from collection team chennai paris branch.. Very worst behavior by few persons they don't know the basic knowledge of handling the customers. Will raise a complaint against those members to head office.
                              Kind advice to all the people pls don't avail any facility from axis bank.. They will not help us even in a emergency situation and many fraud members are working over there.

                                With a lot of bitter experience with axis bank service i am raising my complaint to those non responsive for which we are suffering a lot!

                                1. Submitted complete filled form with necessary documents on 13.04.2016 & account opened on 18.04.2016, as per branch/axis care information. A/c no. 91*******150.

                                2. Welcome kit not received after 10 days & contacted branch for status.Only was informed as "dispatched" & courier awb no..Then ased courier company for delivery status & we came to know the address is incomplete & returned to branch.

                                3 finally collected welcome letter & debit card only from bank on execute of documents on 30.04.2016.

                                4. I have to submit cheque in stipulated time frame to sales tax office & payment gateway agent for omecart, com but dont know where my cheque gone??? Branch is saying will receive shortly but how they can not tell. Since the address putted wrong in system from mumbai office.

                                5. Again i was asked to fill a form for address change on 02.05.2016 which will take another 3-4 days for address change? Then, again i have to ask bank for fresh cheque & then only i can proceed???? Hope, this procedure will take at least another 2-3 weeks... Why this type of illogical waiting to customer? Where the wrong thing made by axis representatives only????? Where is the guarantee that the same will not occur again??? As branch not taking any responsibility...

                                6 regarding activation of debit card??? Branch advices to generate atm pin from atm by registered mobile no [protected]. (Given in opening form)

                                7. Visiting to atm, its showing there is no registered mobile no is linked with the account

                                8. Again visiting to branch, i was asked to wait for few days again as the form is still available with branch. Only my account no is created...Ok, pls investigate, how is this possible to create account no only with a wrong / incomplete address & without mobile no????

                                9. Called to [protected] & asked them what is going on??? What the wrong with me that i choose axis to open my business account????

                                Branch showed me in system that the mobile no is given in account but how sms/notification are not coming they dont know viz-a-viz your customer care & atm is saying there is no registered mobile no with this account...

                                Now, tell me what should i do & where to go????

                                I have already registered the above account with our partners & really feeling very very worst service & misleading from your esteemed organization.


                                Please find attached my filled form & welcome letter which was returned due to your problem only.

                                Hope, you may determine that the above case should be investigated properly to avoid wrong entry & misleading to customer which really unexpected from axis bank.

                                Expecting a prompt action on this case & a firm date by which account details, mobile etc to be corrected as per my filled form & documents.

                                Worst ever experience with Axis Bank (well known as customer oriented bank), discover my self in a trap being opening a current account.
                                For urgency, I preferred Axis bank rather than other nationalised bank & now as result counting about 1 months to get my cheque book & other details... Shame, on me that still believing on their fast resolution... Each time generating a new SERVICE REQUEST NO, asking to wait for a couple of days & enjoying their lazy time to pass another week...

                                After posting my first complaint here on 03-May-2016, loyal employees are still taking theirs laze time time to update / register the mobile no as given in account opening form. Shame!!! Really beating other corporation bank...on service...

                                Hope again new service request will be generated on my this complement & by which simply pass on scope of duty of customer service...

                                Admin, please suggest me what the next level should I approach???? If Axis Bank knows they are really lazy then how their sales team misguiding people to get in trap????
                                Where is the enjoyment behind metal harassment of customer???Garbing high charges but no support?? where couple of your employees are ... ... ... not bothering at all, about their minimum responsibilities like a stenographer...wrong address... no mobile no ... no email... with an account...where this are most vital to communicate with...

                                  I had non receipt of debit cards and demat account kit approx four month from the account opening date, even though bank had deducted charges for the same.
                                  After that i made the compliant and visited many time for the same but the bank person just give me the assurance.

                                  I had also met with the branch manager for the same but he also give assurance not solution.

                                  Please help me for the same, as i got very frustrated from bank by such type of service.

                                  Axis Bank Demat account with out knowing along with Salary account:-
                                  I was opened my account with my company on April 2016 and I received my first salary. Later after few days I got message on April last week 2016 saying your Axis direct will be activated soon. I didn't understand that . later on I received SMS says your account(salary savings) debited 499/- rupees to words Axis Direct. After few minutes later I received SMS says your Axisdirect account is live. My only question is this bloody agents open demat account without our knowledge. And can the bank take my money from saving account without my knowledge. What the hell is going on . ???? Why this bank people do begging instead of stealing my hard earned money. I really want to go for further step to take action on this Bank. The Person name who came to office and opened our account is "Souman Mondal". Kindly suggest me. I WANT MY MONEY BACK..

                                      Dear Sir actually a axis Bank employee adviced me and forced that please you issue credit card for ur use. Which will be free of cost and no charged u will have to be pay. I said that I have already a credit card of my choice and I do not need another credit card but he say that sir please it will be free of cost. So I agree for issue a credit card. Then he ask me, u are married or not ? I said that I m married then he said so please u issued your wife's card also. After 10-15days I got 4 credit card two my zone credit card and two neo card. Which was not free of cost and I have received a msg that 572.5 RS is due payment for my zone card no. [protected]. On 5/5/16
                                      So I contact customer care and she advised me that u will have to be complaint in this regarding. So please kindly take legal action and I could not pay any type of payment for credit card and please cancelled all my credit card.
