[Resolved] Axis Direct — non professional service center (not authorized fraud) | |||
First of all i did not opt for this demat account and per my knowledge i have not signed any papers. I also don't think this account comes along with my salary account. I never received single message that i have this account. Axis direct has made all hidden and suddenly i saw my account was debited for demat amc. No proper communication from the guy who had come to open the salary account. Clearly its negligence from entire axis and fraudulent charges has been done with out customers knowledge. I am not responsible for this and i cant bear this hidden charges. I chased customer care guys several times and i was told by one of your customer care executive that once you guys close it i will get the refund. I had to send many emails to get it done and finally they say it cant be refunded. So please refund it asap as it's been dragged for so long and i don't have time to waste anymore replying to those guys for no reason. If you cant do it, escalate to the next level who can do it.. Or let me know if any one cant.. So that i can speak to my organisation and ask them not to opt for axis bank salary account. So that you guys never get a single account and i can withdraw mine too and look for a different service provider who doesn't have these kind of hidden charges. Was this information helpful? | |||
