Axis Securities Ltd — relieving date not updated in portal

Hi, last year (Dec 2017) i left the job & joined new company, now i want to withdraw complete amount from epf...
Also my uan is activated, aadhar & bank account details is updated and verified in epfo database.
But when i am trying to withdraw it gives me only “advance withdraw (Form 31)” option only.

Also i notice that my date of exit is still not updated in my epfo database, what should i do??

Please suggest
