[Resolved] Axissecurities.in — Updation of my service period details in provident fund portal.I.e.form 11 and Annexure K | |||
Dear Sir, This is to inform you that I had claimed online pension amount in provident fund portal on dt. 25.12.2019 but claim was rejected due to service period less than 6 months.but actual my service period details is from 2016 to 2019. So I raised a grievance in provident fund portal. they respond that my service period details from pf no. MHBAN[protected] has not been transferred and accounted in BGBNG[protected] trust in eps. On dt. 26.06.2020 again I had submitted online pension claim but rejected with same reason that service period details has not updated yet. Form 11 and Screenshot where respond received has attached for your reference. Pls update my form 11 and Annexure K of previous service details in eps in provident fund portal.
