Dear Sir/Madam, My BEST electricity customer number is[protected]*9. It is on the name of "DY.ENGG.HSG.ELECT.SUB.DIVN.V.". My bill of Mar-2017 was Rs. 780. On 31/3/2017 I paid my bill via online and I got SMS from bank that Rs. 780 is deducted but, payment didn't happened and my amount is also not refunded.
