B. E. S. T. Undertaking — about the ticket machine

Dear sir, my name is omkar gharat. I am daily travel by bus no. 297. Bit there is a complaint about conductor no. 51366. He dont have ticket machine. So he says me that you are not suppose to travel by bus. I am going down bus. He is very rude. This is not only about this conductor but also every conductor of bus 297 are like this. So please take strict action against these conductors. Also provie them electronic ticket machine so that the cashless people are not get tense about cash.

I have on line payment and are received by your good office vide receipts nos.[protected] and[protected] both dated 02/11/17 for amount of Rs. 420/- & 420/-

On 02/12/17 again i .made payment of rs. 720/- which are not yet reconcilled or refunded after a long time
