[Resolved]  B. E. S. T. Undertaking — Account debited but no receipt generated

I have made a payment of rs.860/- on 14th april 2017 using hdfc netbanking on best undertaking online bill payment portal.
My account got debited with 860 rs but there was an error screen.

Can you please update if the payment is made.
