B. E. S. T. Undertaking — Arrears not debited from the bill

Dear my consumer no[protected] i paid my arrears my april bill was 11086 in that i paid already 10000 but today when i received the may bill the bill was still added with arrears and it show the bill 14400 and its not updated clearly
Please update the bill in your systems
This is almost 24 hours after payibg the bill still its showing the new bill 14400

I travel to asalpha from powai Tunga..and for such a short distance I have to board two buses i.e from Tunga to Sakinaka and then from Sakinaka to asalpha..B.E.S.T authorities it will be great if there is a bus from Tunga which goes to Ghatkopar via asalpha.
