Made online payment on 3rd April 2017 of Rs.1559/- towards March 17 electricity bill.

I made on online payment via HDFC Bank Credit Card ending 9734 on 3rd April for my electricity bill. The payment had been debited to my card for the amount but your site came up with a page stating the process cannot access the file and when I go to B.E.S.T.Site for the payment status, the above mentioned bill still shows as payment outstanding. Please ensure the adjustment in my next bill and do not mark any late payment charges.
