B. E. S. T. Undertaking — Bus not taking a halt at designated stopus s

Here i was waiting at magathane bus stop for ac bus towards sion since 8:35 a. M.27.10.2016. After waiting for 10-15 mins, when the bus came, it didn't stopped at magathane bus stop. Actually ahead of that were 2 more bus, so the driver instead of waiting for the buses to leave the stop, overtook then and went ahead without taking a halt at the stop. Now i am in 348 but it will take more time to reach sion as it goes via dindoshi depot

I have booked pass from Marol Pipe lines to Sarvodaya Nagar/Virwani Estate.
The payment is made successful but transaction status is showing it is failed. My reference no is HICI[protected]
