B.e.s.t. Undertaking — Change of name- submission of application

We have been trying to submit change of name application to the G North Customer Service Counter. We were asked to submit the application at the gate at 2pm on 4 June, 2021 but the same was returned saying it can be done on Monday, the 7 June 2021.
You will appreciate that it is difficult for an elderly 70 + consumer to come to your Wadala office time and again.
Can you suggest a way out of this.
We are ready to pay a fee for collection of the application at a convenient centre. Hope you will advise us in the matter.
