B. E. S. T. Undertaking — complaint about july best bill

Hello sir/madam,

My name is mujeeb sayed and my consumer number is "[protected]". I would like to raise a complaint about my high bill for the month of july 2020.

My average bill for every month is[protected]/- rupees and this time it suddenly comes as 5280/- rupees, which is too high compared to the routine bill for every month.

I have also attached below with my last bill paid confirmation message for your reference. Please have a look at this matter and try to solve it.
