B. E. S. T. Undertaking — complaint regarding 10 number bus service

This is to inform you, Complaint regarding 10 Number BUS service. We, almost more than 15 passengers regular facing a problem of cancellation of 10 number service.

We all are using the office timing services in between 8.20-9 .00 AM (on kamani Bustop)and also 6.45-7.30 PM
in this weekend 3 days BEST simply cancelled the 8.30 service and the bus is coming only after 9.30 AM how can we relay your best service, this is not happened in this week its a regular comments from the depot that there is staff shortage and we cancelled .
But sir on this route there is only One bus and also the interval of service is 1 Hour. So how can you cancel this service due to staff shortage
And also on the evening there was a bus in between 7.00 -7.30 pm (coming on Zachariah bunder) but in this week there were no Buses came on this timing the bust came after 8.20 PM Only it means they simply cancelled one service.
So plz take any action favour to the Passengers

Swati Wagle's response my mom is a astama patient bought her home from शुश्रूषा hospital Dadar west she was on ICU and is on electric o2 machine which works on electricity and everyday electricity is cut off how will she survive if then happens daily we stay at mahim 400016 भागात rd विक्रम apt शाह bldg no 5 flat no 301 rd flr
