I have received your above bill for the electricity consumption at my residence at b-51, 5th floor, plot-85, maker tower, g. D. Somani marg, world trade centre, cuffe parade, mumbai - 400 005.
I am surprised to note that you are showing the arrears of rs.8841.92/- being the bill amount for the preceding month. I have got an ecs facility with your undertaking which is mentioned in your bill also as under: “payment through ecs-bill for information only”.in view of this, the previous bill of rs.8841.92/- should have been collected from my bank on 21/01/2019. Please let me know why this was not done.
In view of the ecs facility i am not paying your afore said bill dated[protected] and would request you to collect if from my bank on 20/02/2019 under the ecs facility.
Please acknowledge receipt of this email and confirm that i need not pay your aforesaid bill by cheque and that you will collect it from my bank by way of ecs on or before the due date.
