B. E. S. T. Undertaking — Excess Bill for the month of April 2015

Sir We have received bill for the month of April 15 wherein there is a increase in unit from 418 Units of March 15 to 853 units April 2015. We do not understand why there is increase of 435 unit whereas our utilisation is same every month. We feel there is some mistake in the meter reading and request to look into the same and resolve the issue at the earliest. Awaiting for your response.
