My consumer no is[protected], i am getting inexorbant billing, last month i had got bill of rs.950/- & current month it is rs.790/-, the meter reading as per your bill is 0, the representative appointed by you for meter reading must not have taken the worry of meter reading and given a fictituos figure. My room is locked for last 7 month's, in the month of nov & dec i had 0 reading i had recd minimum bill amount, before this i had given a complaint to your office in personal 0n 10th sept'2018, inward no.
