Dear Sir,
For the month of July 2022 (in respect of the bill for June 2022), we inadvertently made payment of electricity bill twice. The consumer number is [protected].
The details are as follows:
1. Payment 1: Made on July 07, 2022 - Rs. 2530 - Payment ID is[protected]
2. Payment 2: Made on August 03, 2022 - Rs. 2530 - Payment ID is[protected]
I expected it to get adjusted in the next month, but the amount for the next month has been billed fully without any adjustment. Please help resolve. I would prefer it to be refunded to source, if possible.
