I Mrs.Sabira Liyakat Ali Shaikh consumer no[protected] would like to inform that since April 2020 my billings are increased and even in the lockdown period 2020 my house was locked since April 2020 till September 2020 and my units in closed house were 96 every month. Since October month my bill got a high unit approx 700 above since then my electricity bill have been constantly increasing every month as my house consists of normal electronic appliances which can be inspected by your officer.
Since Jan 2021 i have been getting a constant bill of above ₹ 6000 and in month of May 2021 suddenly it was all time high of ₹ 10075 that is a height of my billing as we haven't received such a high bill in our whole life.
My request with BEST undertaking is that please we in lockdown period cannot bear such high bills and please send your officers to inspect our metres, and also check if somebody is stealing our electricity.
As it is unbearable to pay such high bills that too during pandemic.
