B. E. S. T. Undertaking — high amount of bill | |||
Hi, We are staying at matunga having consumer no.[protected]. Our house is closed for 12 hours from monday to friday and we are at home sat and sunday.in which sunday also we got out. Every month we received high amount of bill even though we didn't use electricity that much time. I need to check reading on hourly basis. If fan, light, tv, etc are closed when we out then how reading shows same for every month. Best sending bill on pattern basis in jan 2018 received bill of 1140, feb 2018 1250 and again in march 2018 bill is 1140. Please look into this on priority. If i didn't get any action on this my next step will be as follows 1. Write a hand written letter to head of best 2. Log a complaint with grievance in local court To understand bill cycle i spend good amount of time and understand unit pattern also installed device in home which shows consumption of power as compared to best meter. Result was shocking and i want best to take proper action on person who take reading. Was this information helpful? | |||
