Dear Team, Kindly note we have a letter stating that the excess amount charged due to faulty meter will be adjusted with subsequent bills.But our meter has been removed and the bill amount is over 1 lakh as interest has also been added month after month.We will be really happy if this matter is sorted out asap as we are under great stress. Please advice if we should apply for a new meter or replace our meter immediately and also give us the amended bill with all adjustments soon.
