B.E.S.T. Undertaking Customer Care's response With reference to above complaint of A/c-, meter no. Q960225 was replaced by new meter M164773 under mass replacement on 20.01.2017. As per the complaint of consumer new meter was Accu checked on 27.06.2018. % error observed was 2.63.i.e. within accuracy limit. The consumption of consumer is ok within limits of accuracy as per connected load.
However consumer is not satisfied hence consumer may be asked to approach CGRF by considering this mail as Annexure 'C'.

Many thanks your prompt response regarding 1 issue.
Am still awaiting the reponse for Additional Charges made in 2016 and 2017 before and AFTER changing the meter. Those Additional ( read DOUBLE charges) were made based on HISTORY o[censored]nits consumed ( as per your BEST Wadala Office representative) and not as per the UNITS clocked on the meter, physically itself. Kindly check all your previous YEARS records, as THAT is tantamount to cheating and not a justifiable expense, although payments were made. a WRITTEN complaint was given by self, to which am still awaiting your kind response.
2) Please see attached snapshot of CURRENT monthly bill. Electricity used and chargeable is Rs 3500 approx, whereas TOTAL BILL is Rs 6000 approx. WOW! Please explain WHEELING CHARGES and other TAXES which translates to 90% over and ABOVE the ACTUAL consumption.
Would like to know how many countries and Electric Service Providers, charge 90% of over and above the ACTUAL consumption made?
Wondering how many Consumers are affected by the above 90% margins and would it warrant a PIL Public Interest Litigation?
While you can see, Rs 3 arrears of yours are accounted for perfectly, why all these EXTRA duties and charges?
I await your response for Points 1 & 2 as above, before proceeding with Legal Counsel.

Would kindly suggest you do your DUE DILIGENCE in back tracking my past records for last 2 to 3 years as there is DEFINITELY causa proxima for self to approach NCDRC for inflated bills NOT based on Meter Clock but on rather flimsy excuses of HISTORY which cannot be adjudicated as have changed ALL my Lighting to LED and ALL my power hungry appliances to invertor based technology.
Am a CAPTAIN and very concerned about unnecessary waste of precious energy and god given resources. I take Environmental Pollution n Factors VERY seriously.
I shall await another 30 days for a satisfactory closure from you prior approaching the Courts, where am 101% sure you will LOSE the case, IF you can find my written compaint given to your WADALA Ward Officer. Everything has been documented and am ready to launch a strong case against BEST, should this be a re occurence issue.

Am Awaiting your response for the above, failing which I really MUST take legal action for falsification of your accounts and records.
Please see attached snapshot of my payments till date.
10th Nov 2017 Rs 12, 730 charged as DOUBLE, not yet adjusted in ensuing bills.
July 2018 shows 3 payments, 2 in cash which is FALSE and ridiculous!
Once again, am kindly requesting you, with all DUE RESPECT to check your accounting /arrears correctly, else will need to seek legal recourse through the Consumer Courts for false billing and sometimes inflated billing. Will back date the same with a Forensic Auditor and produce their findings in Court.
Please DO NOT take my email lightly.
