B. E. S. T. Undertaking — Increase 86 and 88 bus frequecy

Dear sir, I am a regular passenger travelling in 86 and 88 bus numbers. We are facing problem with the frequency of these buses. If one also bus is missed then the next bus comes after the interval of 45 minutes or 1 hour. And If the bus comes after such a long time then the bus last stop is opera house. As I get down at thakurdwar which is not convenient for me.If you are increasing the bus fares than also increase the bus facilities. The bus frequency. Kindly take my complaint into consideration. Its just a genuien request.
