[Resolved] B. E. S. T. Undertaking — lights fluctuation issue | |||||
Dear sir/ma'am, We are facing lights fluctuation issue issue from last 15 - 20 days, i had call the best complain number (Dadar branch) and the best van also came but the issue had not been resolve. Still we are facing same issue. Late time our building light was gone suddenly and best people was given temporary supply to us after the we are facing this issue. Undertaking Customer Care's response Sir, There is underground cable fault feeding to your premises installation of building no. 119 along with near by 3 nos. of building. At present supply is restored through a temporary supply. Also necessary maintenance of same over head wires is carried out to avoid fluctuation / off supply. After permanent repair of the said cable fault in due course, the supply will be restored through under ground cable. Inconvenience caused is regretted, please.
