B. E. S. T. Undertaking — no electricity supply at my residence

I am residing at 2nd october co-op. Hsg. Soch.in room no. 304, opp. Ambekar colony, g. D. Ambekar marg, parel village, mumbai 400012. For last 3 hours there is no electricity supply not only at my room but others also facing the same problem. Please look into the matter and solve this issue as soon as possible. My passenger ID is [protected]
My balance on 31/07/2017 was RS 1282 and next day when I took daily bus pass worth RS 50 my 100 RS was deducted .here I am attaching the photo copies of tickets and photo copy of complaint filed.

It has been a common occurrence that Trimax machines do not work, and I have been forced to take ticket paying cash, failing which I would be offloaded. It is the BEST prerogative to ensure functional machines for Smart Card Holders.
