I paid all bill up to 28 th march 2020 bill, even from 21 st to till date (21/05/2020) no office working 9 due to covid -19 and all light is off then why raising bill and i getting sms due to locdown sending average bill (Attached) april bill rs. 3004 and may 2020 bill rs. 3600

Kindly close this raised bill and send nil bill for the april and may 2020
