I am a resident of sion koliwada, mumbai with consumer number[protected]*7. This is to bring to your kind notice the pains we are facing due to non supply / restoration of electricity in our area from aug 29, 2017. Sir (S), i believe, due to very heavy rains the power in our area was disrupted, but the same hasn't yet been restored. I've tried contacting the our fuse as well as fault control centres umpteen times from the above mentioned date itself. I was finally able to get through yesterday after which a complaint number was allotted to me[protected] at around 9 pm yesterday.

Post the same no once ever contacted me or came for inspection in the area. A large number of people in our area have been living without electric power since. As mentioned above, no one from the fault as well as fuse control centres have been picking the call (If needed, can furnish my cdr for confirmation).

I've been compelled to finally write this mail to your kind selfs as my last resort to contact. I've never had any issues with the best's service ever before. I literally beg you to kindly look into our situation and depute someone for our woes. Would be waiting for your prompt and positive reply.
