B. E. S. T. Undertaking — No receipt on successful bill payment | |||||
I made a payment towards my electricity bill online. However after making numerous attempts also i could not get an online receipt of the bill i paid. On calling the given so called customer care numbers i was just asked to call a different number everytime. Finally i was told on one of them that the office is shut and i need to call tomorrow. I am not sure if this is a deal with the government service or the technology we are using in the 21st century. Very rude and bad behavior by every single person on the call. Also refused me to give their names. Who are we dealing with and why is our government so lethargic. Please have some learned people on the counter to handle our problems not a bunch of #.
