[Resolved]  B. E. S. T. Undertaking — No Update of Bus Pass

Before 4 days I have renewed my BEST Pass online. My Customer ID is[protected] and Card ID is [protected]. I Got online receipt also and it is clearly mentioned on receipt that it can be updated with conductor on Bus. Today I board on bus No.MH 01 LA 6600(rout No.310 Doubble Deccre) as per my rout, conductor said that your pass is expired and it cannot be updated in the machine with him. I have also showed receipt what I have got online but he has refused to accept the receipt and told me that you have to go to depot for the same. But today you have to buy a ticket. In spite of making advance payment of bus pass I have spent for ticket. Name if BEST but experience is worst. If we have to go for depot, what is the meaning of online renewal?
